Surprisingly fun so far. It just "came" in a bundle with another game, or i wouldve missed it. And it cost me close to nothing, which is actually kinda sad. I wouldve prefered to pay my usual genre standard of 5$ for the game, instead of basically getting it for free. Support your local dealer and who knows, maybe they wouldve been able to make good use of it. UI/OPTIONS: Theres auto aim and auto fire. Sadly some other titles dont even have that. You can set resolutions/full screen and also screen shake. Theres master/music/sound sliders. So far 4 languages seem to be supported: English, portugues, and err im not quite sure what version of chinese it happens to be as usual. And on top of that even thai? Overall id call it OKish, but a few more options like dmg numbers/hp bars/transparency should be added. They just happen to be part of every single good or top title in the genre. If you dont have em, your game isnt on anyones top list unless you paid them for fake reviews. GFX: 2D graphics. Just the way i like it bc every 3d title in the genre looks like a free mobile game aka ugly af. This one looks more of a "drawn" type of things rather than pixelart. Which im fine with personally as i like both as long as its done properly. The only potential issue i see here, is that people might not like cats bc they are allergic to the fur ;) SOUND: Again perfectly fine. Nothing thats annoying as far as im concerned. No HC techno or heavy metal or such bs that isnt fit for a mainstream audience. (ill try and actually find a name for this type of tunes, but imo it suits the game just fine so far.) GAMEPLAY: Pretty good so far. Theres a few skills that actually belong to my genre favorites. Plenty of no brainers. 360degree and auto aiming skills. Just the way i like it. (Ill update about movement and add some more detail etc. asap) META/PROGRESSION: You got several (unlockable) chars each coming with their own focus on different elements etc. You can craft new weapons which is pretty nice. Just throw 3 out of "a lot of" different mats into the "forge" to get a new weapon. No RNG involved. Different items for different types of weapons. like a bow, a staff, or how about a minigun while we are at it. Then add your prefered type of element, and as much raw damage as your best mats can give atm. Maybe not completely new, maybe not perfect, but still a decent system really. Before starting a run you can select your weapons ofc. And a pet that follows you around and fits your char and the setup you have planned for your run. And you can level them aswell. Ill keep updating as i play.
