Destroy The Hexons is a minimalist puzzle game that cleverly combines math and logic to create hexagons on a grid. Each colored hexagon has a number associated with it, which must be destroyed using cannonballs. The cannons work in mathematical conjunction, and you need to figure out the correct combination of shots to match the hexagon’s number and clear the level.
The puzzles are satisfying, with many boards featuring patterns or shapes that can guide you toward the solution. There are fifty puzzles in total, and you can complete the game in under an hour. While the puzzles are enjoyable, the game’s length, moderate difficulty, and low price lead me to rate it 6/10. It’s a decent experience, but a little short for the price.
