Ich würde gern den non VR Modus testen. Geht aber nicht, da in beiden Fällen meine Reverb G2 startet. Auch wenn ich die VR Brille vom Strom nehme, läuft Steam VR an. In diesem Modus finde ich mit meiner Mixed Reality Brille die Einstellungen nicht. Also unspielbar und ich möchte in meiner Rezension doch beides bewerten. Also raptor lap, ändert das bitte so schnell wie möglich. englisch: I would like to test the non VR mode. But it doesn't work, because my Reverb G2 starts in both cases. Even if I take the VR glasses off the power, Steam VR starts up. In this mode I cannot find the settings with my mixed reality glasses. So unplayable and I would like to rate both in my review. So raptor lap, please change that asap.

nichteinmal die autotüren lassen sich öffnen. wirklich schade um das spiel. aber der kauf ist momentan sinnlos. (getestet mit pico 4 vr brille)

Lots of potential but even more jank. And knowing this developer from their other dropped games they wont fix it. It was fun for the time I played it. It actually offers a lot for the cheap price, like flying a helicopter. But I am definitely not gonna keep it in this state.

Gang V – Civil Battle Royal von raptor lab. Das Studio ist nicht gerade bekannt für solide Spielveröffentlichungen. Mein erster und schockierender Kontakt war damals IrreVRsible - da war nur der Titel gut … Später haben sie es mit dem Militär-MP-Shooter War Dust und Stand Out: VR Battle Royale versucht. Alles keine heldenhaften Veröffentlichungen. Aber da raptor lab meistens gute Ideen haben, könnte es ja sein dass sie dieses Mal ordentlich umgesetzt wurden … https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2461033984 GangV - Civil Battle Royal ist ein, wie der Name vermuten lässt ein Battle Royal-Spiel. Das besondere dieses Mal findet es in einer an GTA angelehnten Stadt statt. GangV bietet für VR-Verhältnisse eine große Open World und die Möglichkeit auch mit Flatspielern zusammen zuspielen, was einem Multiplayerspiel sicherlich gut tut. Wie es sich in einem GTA-Setting gehört, gehört es natürlich zum Guten Ton, mit dem Auto durch die Stadt zu heizen. Die Fahrphysik der verschiedenen Autos ist allerdings so grottenschlecht, dass es schon Glück ist, nicht gleich in die nächste Polizeistreife zu knallen. Von Polizeistreifen mit geclonten Kollegen gibt es in GangV sogar überordentlich viele. Man kann sich eigentlich keine 5m bewegen ohne auf die Gesetzeshüter zu treffen. Neben der Polizei gibt es sonst nur NPC-Passanten und andere NPCs die mit ihren Autos wider der Physik durch die Stadt fliegen oder mit ihrem Roller ein kleines Nickerchen machen. Mitten auf der Straße mit dem Roller im Arm. Die Idee dahinter ein BattleRoyal-Spiel mit NPC zu füllen ist, dass man sich als Spieler dann im Verkehr verstecken kann. Dafür ist aber die KI so schlecht, dass ein menschlicher Spieler sofort auffallen würde. Leider können wir die Passanten bisher auch nur niederschießen und oder mit vorgehaltener Waffe ausrauben. Zum Hintergrund ist nur soviel bekannt, dass sich ein Bandenkrieg in unser Stadt augebreitet hat. Um mehr Einfluss zu bekommen und bessere Waffen, Fahrzeuge usw. muss man auch im BattleRoyal, wie im OpenWorl-Modus NPC überfallen, die Gewerbe betreiben. Alles schön auf einer hübschen Minikarte zu sehen. Leider ist es noch in einem frühen Early-Access und eigentlich unspielbar. 2-3 Jahre soll es noch ea bleiben, so raptor lab. Ich gebe diese Kopie zurück und kaufe mir in einem Jahr dann eine geupdatete Version. Mal schauen. GangV ist eine tolle Idee aber z. Zt. so verbuggt, dass es unspielbar ist. But since raptor lab usually have good ideas, it could be that this time they were implemented properly ... GangV - Civil Battle Royal is, as the name suggests, a battle royal game. The special thing this time is that it takes place in a city inspired by GTA. GangV offers a large open world by VR standards and the possibility to play together with flat players, which is certainly good for a multiplayer game. As befits a GTA setting, it is of course a good idea to race through the city by car. However, the driving physics of the various cars are so lousy that it is lucky not to crash into the next police patrol. In GangV there are even a lot of police patrols with cloned colleagues. You can't actually move 5 metres without bumping into the law enforcement officers. Apart from the police, there are only NPC passers-by and other NPCs who fly through the city in their cars against the laws of physics or take a little nap on their scooters. In the middle of the street with the scooter in their arms. The idea behind filling a BattleRoyal game with NPCs is that players can then hide in the traffic. But the AI is so bad that a human player would immediately stand out. Unfortunately, so far we can only shoot down passers-by and rob them at gunpoint. There are no fights. Our actual goal in GangV is to be the last player to survive, there is no single-player story or anything like that. The only thing we know about the background is that a gang war has broken out in our city. To get more influence and better weapons, vehicles, etc., you have to raid NPCs who run businesses in BattleRoyal, just like in OpenWorl mode. Everything can be seen nicely on a pretty mini-map. If we shoot the owner to get to his business, however, the police immediately fly at us from all sides and we have to shoot our way out.... In principle, GangV - Civil Battle Royal sounds like great fun and a great concept. Unfortunately it is still in early access and actually unplayable. 2-3 years it should still remain ea, according to raptor lab. I'll return this copy and then buy an updated version in a year.
