Pro Strategy Football 2021 Bewertungen

This game got me hooked...again. I stumbled across PSF2020 in August and decided to wait for the imminent 2021 release, as the additions of Free Agency and flexibility with leagues sounded too tempting. Looking at the screenshots it reminded me of one of my favourite Football games for my Amiga: Tom Landry Strategy Football. And for good reason, as the developer is the same.PSF 2021 puts you on the sidelines to coach a football team through a single game, a single season or a full blown career. In addition to your job as a coach, you could (these can also be done by the AI) do the General Manager job or some of it, as deciding on who of your free agents should be franchised, who to sign/draft in Free Agency (it is built as a 2 round draft) and who to draft in the Rookie draft. And then of course cutting players to fit the here 43 man roster. I feel, here is still some room to grow for the game.When playing a game, you can choose your plays either from a pre set playbook, where you can add your own plays, or you design plays on the fly before calling them, which I found more inspiring. There is plenty of choices from formations to plays to choose from, especially for the Offense. An animation shows you the result of the play. Now gfx and sound are still somewhat ...say stuck in the 1990s as everything is presented in a sidelook 2D perspective and the tackling sound can become a bit.... But they do their job to show you what the outcome of your play selection vs the AIs is. And the results in this simulation are pretty close to the real thing in my opinion. This might just be me, and I might be too starved for football, but I watched the Superbowl here, despite my team not even making it to the postseason in my rookie season as a PSF2021 coach.PSF2021 does not come fully licensed with real NFL players, remember this is a one man developer team. But the game has such an active MOD community, that you of course can play with 2020 NFL rosters, or you do some dipping in the past of the 1950s or the glorious 1970s and 80s. Or you might want to give leagues long gone like the USFL or WFL rosters a chance? Customization is the thing for PSF, as you can set up your own leagues to plenty of alignments and create your own schedules, so how about a 2 Conference 4 Division league. How many of those go to the playoffs is also for your to decide. In addition to that the developer is very active with his community, listening to input from the gamers. I will be thrilled to see, which of the many suggestions will make it into updates to 2021 or the next incarnation in 2022.So, if football gaming to you is more about strategy and outsmarting your opponent and not so much about some artistic movements on your joypad, PSF2021 is really something to try out. To me, the best football simulation at least on the MAC right now.

Ein sehr feiner Football-Coaching-Simulator.Dank Mods auch mit der aktuellen NFL Season spielbar!Hier kommt das Gameplay eindeutig vor der Grafik zum tragen.Wobei das Gesamtbild doch sehr stimmig rüber kommt.Logos,Trikots,Namen der Spieler ,des Teams sowie des dazugehörigen Coach sind alle vorhanden.Es ist ein großer Spaß,den nächsten Spielzug anzusagen,sich das Resultat dessen live anzuschauen und generell mit seinem Team mitzufiebern.Für absolute Fans des Sports geht der aktuelle Preis von 16,79 in Ordnung.Alle anderen sollten vielleicht 2Std. probe spielen oder auf einen Sale warten.Das Game an sich ist (in meinen Augen) aber absolut empfehlenswert.Daumen hoch!!!
