Tested the version 1.1.6: Still the same too long distances to run from one ammo depot to the next and after this to main destination and still no checkpoints. In between i was frightened a couple of times by an annoying screeching (good thing i didn't wear headphones), but it wasn't an eagle, three minutes after this screeching, a creature came from somewhere and killed my protagonist just as i had got my first quest : to reach the village and search for survivors. What now - repeat the long run back and forth for the last half hour again, or rather not? Rather not....
