This Game has a massive scaling and performance problem. When your city exceeds 1000 silicens it starts getting slower and slower, even when using the tips from the forum like "switch off shadows".
At the same time this game is using just a single core and graphics are idling.
This looks like it should have been some more time in early access and have gotten a multithreading overhaul.
