The English translation is in serious need of editing. I’m sure there might be a decent game underneath it all, but it’s hard to understand what’s happening at times. (1/10)

This is a rather short visual novel about the relationship between two sisters. The MC is one of those sisters who... well, really likes/liked her sister. Now returning, after ten years apart, on the event of her grandmother's funeral, she is struggling with her feelings for her now-married sister. I will note that there might be a sequel coming, since there was a "To Be Continued" at the end of the Perfect Ending. Seems decent for the price.

I would've wanted to like this, but this is extremely hard to read due to a terrible translation. Pronouns are constantly changing for characters, even in the same sentence. Names are rarely ever accurate to what they're supposed to be. Sprites are reused for completely different characters, descriptions are inaccurate and several times it feels like what I'm reading is meant for a completely different scene and I'm just left scratching my head. There are "4" endings that all end exactly the same save for one line of text indicating the received ending. There also aren't any CGs. None, zip, zilch. The only positive I can see is the character art is decent.

Hoo boy. I'm one of those people who ignore the bad reviews and dive into any cheap, short visual novel, thinking: "I've sat through bad translations before! If it's for yuri/forbidden love I can do anything!~~" Don't do it. The translation is so bad I gave myself a migraine squinting at the gibberish before me. Who's talking? Why are the pronouns never the same sentence to sentence? Why are there so many time skips when a linear story would have been a bit easier to follow? Why does the concept of time seem garbled and unrealistic? (Ten years? Twelve? Three!?) Perhaps the most game breaking were the sprites. They reused one male model three times, and by the end I still wasn't sure which sprites Aika or Yuno were. (it sounds impossible, but trust me: it makes you second guess yourself.) TL;DR Just Don't.

When you buy a visual novel for $2, you don't expect much. I knew that going in, and yet I'm still disappointed. For that price I don't expect the best art or music, really. And to its credit the character art is decent. But they're all very clearly from some asset pack that was not in any way intended for this story. They're all highschool characters that very clearly all go to the same school. And yet we're to believe none of them are highschoolers at all. For example, your father in the game looks about your age, if not younger, and wears the same school uniform as you. The worst part is all the sprites are reused for entirely new characters and you have no way of knowing who a sprite is at any moment in the story. And even the sprites you can physically see on screen just won't match what the textbox is saying they look like. Here's some advice to the developer: if you only have a few highschool character art assets to work with, you have two choices. You can either change your story to better match the assets you have and reduce the number of characters in it so you aren't reusing assets between characters, or you can get art that actually matches the characters you wrote. The music for this game is just one song, which is an okay visual novel background song at least, but it's the only song we ever hear the whole time. And then, on top of that, the game's "soundtrack" is being sold for $1 separetely. It claims to have four songs, but only one song ever even plays in the actual game. In fact, the actual game files only have three songs in them, but only one of them is ever used. Even in the Russian story. I physically went through all the RenPy scripts for this game and found never at any point in the game is any attempt ever made to change the song other than the default main menu music setting. The DLC soundtrack situation gets even worse though. I got curious so I actually bought it and it turns out that NONE of the tracks in it are in the game. So this "soundtrack" is actually just a bunch of poorly made MIDI loop tech sounds that just aren't in the game at all. The story itself is terribly translated into English to the point where the main character's name is different in the textbox than it actually is already listed on top. It's pretty clear that it was just a quick Google Translation job, but I get it because languages can be hard and you know it won't really sell in just Russia alone. Even if you look past all the horrid translation and grammar, I don't really know if the story is redeemable. It's hard to tell in its current state because it's translation right now just makes you want to quit and refund immediately after buying. I definitely can't recommend this game to anyone. It's a massive mess on many points and it'll take a lot of rewriting to fix the problems it has. And the weird stuff going on with the soundtrack DLC sale really turns me off from this dev. I suffered through this game to rant about it on YouTube so if you want to watch that here's a link (note: this was actually a slightly older version where the game broke early on in the English version, that's been fixed but nothing else was changed it seems) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSBL6zzXEss

Another poorly translated VN, genders are completely fluid (He instead of She, He instead of I, She instead of I). Almost everytime a characters name is written it's spelt differently "Juno" seems to be 'young' most of the time, and "Aiko" IKE. The viewpoint switches between these 2 (as far as I can tell from the translation) with no actual separation (one minute "you're" Juno and the next Aiko (although this could be due to the inaccurate genders, etc.)). There are also some awful spelling mistakes, like "cream" instead of "cremation" ... That said, the art style and music are quite nice (although all of the art is character images while they're talking, over backgrounds). Approx. 30 mins to complete a single play through, 40 mins to complete all 4 endings
