Bloody spell: half-naked girls make everything better. Lets put it straight: The game is worth its money (though given the low price, that's not exactly a compliment). The gameplay is closer to DMC or Bayonetta than to Dark Souls, as some could expect. But we know why you're here - your eye was caught by the main heroine from posters and promo, wasn't it? Well, she's not here. You play as male samurai, and to get playable girl you need to buy a DLC costume that replaces the protagonist when selected - a wierd mechainc, but it's okay. So basically we have two main characters, both adapted to the story, both fully voiced... but one is locked behind DLC. The gameplay is solid - nothing groundbreaking, but it runs smoothly. I've seen a lot negative reviews from years ago complaining about input lag and sluggish animations, but those issues are gone now. The game's actually being fixed and improved, which is rare these days. Final thoughts: Its a good game, but it feels like it falls short compared to the competitors that inspired it. If Steam allowed a "neutral" or "mixed" rating instead of just "positive" or "negative", i'd pick that. But if I have to choose - positive, at least for dev's effort (and protag girl's look).

If you can get it cheap, its well worth the money. The animations and combat are actually really good and they did an amazing job with making a fun and enjoyable combat system. And im surprised they have multiple weapons that all have a unique moveset and skills. You can genderbend the main character into a woman, and the model is beautiful with working physics, the outfits are skimpy and peak sexuality. It does feel pretty out of place because its a really solid Action game. The story makes no sense and there are entire NPC's that go untranslated, turn your brain off, enjoy the boob physics and start killing.

I only grabbed this game because it was on discount—wasn’t expecting much since a lot of people called it just a ‘cosplay game’. But honestly? It really surprised me. The combat is fun, the story is actually well done, and the devs even sprinkled in some Easter eggs (not even that hidden, which made it more fun). Sure, the movement’s a bit rough, but overall it’s a solid game. Definitely one of those cheap buys that turn out to be hidden gems. I’m seriously rooting for the devs to continue this game—I’d love to see where it goes next this going to my hidden gems list LOL

if its normal price were $2.5 I would be recommending this. Its a basic hack and slash, but its crude, shallow and unpolished in every aspect except the models. Many dialog are left in Chinese, and many of the ones translated are so badly done that are often just gibberish. There is even an untranslated dialog which is essential to continue the main quest. Also from the 4 tags there, only the "3D" is accurate. There isn't any actual "Nudity", the "Sexual Content" is some enemies trying to attack you sexually for 2 seconds (and some sexy dances on photo mode*), and the most annoying it is NOT a "Female Protagonist" game. It is a male protagonist game which you can "turn" to a female with a magic stone, but everyone in the game will continue to call you "Brother", your male name, monsters do things to you as if you were male etc etc. Sounds more like a trans woman nightmare, been THIS good-girlish looking and everyone still calling you brother. I mean, Steam is full of actual "Nudity" and "Sexual Content" games. *one example of unpolished and crude: flat-footed models dance with the ankle joint visibly located 12cm/5in above ankle, like having broken tibia bone. Its not the only error, but is kind of funny.

Amazing game. My wife and I have been playing and it’s hard to stop. For $3 you cannot beat this game I would even pay $30 for it.

While most of reviews in here will tell you in details the pros/cons or how "good" this game is, my review won't dwell into that rabbit hole. No. Instead, I'm going to drop the (obvious) truth bomb of what this game really is. It's a gooning simulator. And I like to goon to The Priestess as much as the rest of y'all.

I think this is a fun flashy beat 'em up style game. It has jiggle physics as well as really cool drip to customize your character. The fighting is very flashy and so far not very difficult. Am doing a play through right now on normal, I think am going to switch it to hard because I want a bit more of a challenge. The game has some fun puzzle mini games and rewards the player for exploring. The story so far is fine, I don't think anyone is playing this game for the story lol. I enjoy the music and visuals but I wish I can control the volume of the music. The English translation gets the job done I have no complaints about that. I would not pay full price for this game personally. I picked it up for $3 which is a great deal for what the game has to offer. But I think $25 is a high asking price compared to other games priced at the same level.

Played about 90 mins, but I also got this for $3. The translation is godawful, but the combat gameplay is surprisingly smooth and fun. Little secrets on the map are fun to explore and collect. Actually a decent 7/10 game so far. It honestly reminds me of Bayonetta (flourishy hack 'n' slash w/ X+Y+Y+Y kind of skills to buy) + Monster Hunter: Rise (especially riding the giant bosses and using them to attack lmao) + Tenchu Z (some stealth mechanics and aesthetics). Overall decently fun! Definitely feels like an older game, and it's hilariously thirsty in the outfits. I got pretty far in some cup swapping mini game, and ended up with some absolutely wild cat suits which is super funny. The thirsty part isn't my jam, but I can see it being for others. I just missed slashy type games like this and it scratched that itch for me, I'll just never use the quirky outfits. For sure a "on sale" kinda buy though.
