The first real bit of dragon ball I watched at first was a bit of the Tournament of Power, and the moment I saw this guy I just started laughing
A fun character to play as if you like countering a lot, and also playing as a man with a tiny head

You will hear that a lot!
He a good character. You can counter every single move the oponent throw at you and its fun to see him spin everybody.
beyblade master Jiren heavy grab is a nice mix up the bodyslam is almost totaly garbage(Almost nonexistent stagger) but all the other moves are awesome.
Fun tip for starters: You can combo you enhaced rapidfire punch to you grab in corner. It looks awesome!

Even though I'm not that big of a fan of Jiren, I still consider him a welcome addition to the roster; his moveset is good and he is fun to fight. The only complaint I have about him is the lack of a Dramatic Finish. I'm hoping at some point in development that gets implemented.

He hits hard, but he's so SLOW compared to a lot of the other characters. Frieza and Vegito can take him apart without difficulty. I wish there was a "meh" option instead of just thumbs up or thumbs down. I'm glad I got him to round out my collection, but I wish that I'd waited until his discounted price dropped to $1.99 instead of $2.49. Not worth the extra 50 cents.

So, the take-me-to-your-leader-OWARI-DA man. He's got counters, a lot of them at that, and they're all pretty good. The judo counter beats safejumps and does a lot of damage, and the za hando counters about 90% of the stuff in the game in exchange for the damage being less and the opponent being able to escape it. He also has decent ki blasts, high combo damage, and a decent assist, but he lacks a 5H of any kind, has only one low and it's really slow, and struggles to open opponents up. However, one cannot deny the power of actually trying something.
