While it is fun. It really is just a demo for Bright Memory: Infinite and not something you should pay for.

This game has about 30 minutes of game-play, it's basically a demo of the 'sequel', and charging for it is simply not acceptable. Some games can be justified in being micro experiences sure, but absolutely not an FPS like this, it was a complete surprise when it ended on what felt like the first chapter. Even with that length it's padded with spongy enemies, and the story is not cohesive at all within its tiny runtime. The last boss is terrible and frustrating, the stage traps you, and nearly all my deaths throughout felt like I was cheated, usually by the environment, but not as cheated as our wallets... this is the only game I've refunded ever.

A short review for to be honest, a tech demo, the game is 45 minutes long and it's pretty good, love the action and all the ability you unlock to use in combat, it's more impressive tho when you consider that this game it's basically a one man job and I applaude that but it's not perfect. The guns are fun to use especially in combination with the ability but, reloading every 5 seconds is annoying in this game, it's all fast pace and all, but you need to always reload your guns in critical moments, there are still some bugs and some animation are stiff or not that great and overall the story is there but not really explained (guess that for the story I need to play infinite). So in conclusion it's a nice tech demo all considering but it's really really short, so get it on a sale, a big one.

Its short just like a demo from infinite, still have bugs like when you run in dx12 there a skipped part in early game its cheap, buy it normal price is good, but i recommend buy it while discount

1 dev for this game is crazy since it's well made. good combat, and graphics. 2-3 hour game if you go for the 100% This game should have been a demo instead of a game since the full release was 1 year after this game.

It's quick, fun, and looks great. The mix of nature and technology really shine in this game, and it has interesting combat. However, this game is probably about 90 minutes long at most. It's still a great time; I'd give it a shot.

Bought this not knowing it was a 30-minute demo of the real game, which should really be free since the game is out. Graphics were ok, but it would stutter alot. Game play was engaging but came down to getting strung along from arena to arena filled with bad guys, that are all massive damage sponges. It starts mid story and has that bad clunky Chinese translated dialog that's just general phrases, so i had no idea what was going on; then ends abruptly after the first boss. So for that i'd say pass on this one.

I would say that this is a game of two halves, but calling something that takes 45 minutes to complete a "game" is quite the stretch in the first place....For any other developer this has the same amount of content you'd expect from a demo, so whilst what's here is reasonably entertaining it's really short for the cost and is barely coherent. I won't go into the plot because it's a badly explained, non-existent load of old guff that lacks in any context to understand it and finishes without doing anything of substance whatsoever. The game-play mechanics and the graphics are the only things on display that impress, and even then there's issues with the former that go beyond how brief this is to complete. I'll talk about the visuals first, as they are quite decently detailed, crisp and colourful. For something that isn't AAA, or maybe even AA, it looks pretty nice and has fairly pleasant designs for characters and enemies. This is a blend of FPS, melee combat and Bioshock / Atomic Heart-esque special abilities, and it's pretty slick in how it plays. For a small studio (supposedly the majority of this was done by one person) I can't fault them for the effort and skill they've shown in realising this aspect. The problem is...well....the level design is crap, plain and simple. Fights are simplistic affairs that often take place in cramped environments that are compounded by having enemies randomly teleport into existence. One of the boss-battles occurs in a diddy little space with barely the room to swing a dead cat, and yet you'll find foes beaming into where you're trying to run to as you escape the bosses attacks. This is the most extreme example of this basic and rubbish design, but there's plenty more instances, which isn't a good sign for an experience you can complete in less than an hour. It ends up being a slick looking tech demo with some fun to be had from it, but is let down by stunted ambition when it comes to doing anything vaguely advanced with the skill-set it offers. Boss fights are dull, as you just run around in circles avoiding pretty samey attacks. The only difference between the two bosses here is that one is in a large empty space, and the other is in a tiny space with an environmental obstacle that damages you, but tactically there's little variation or excitement to be found. There's the building blocks of a good game here, yet overall it hasn't been put together all that well and the narrative is poor. The game-play is pretty simplistic and makes little use of the advanced abilities it gives you. It's too short for the cost, but my main issue is really how bog-standard this is to play and how it wastes the potential it shows.

Verdict : Although this game made by one person , So I can't complain much about this game. This is a short game but I enjoyed it. And the visual amazed me. Rating : 7 / 10.
