MUSYNX doesn't just hit the beats—it becomes the music. Massive tracklist? Check. Keys so crisp they'd make a ASMR mic jealous? Double-check. But the real magic? When your soul syncs with the melody till your fingers are the instruments. That's where rhythm games become art.

If you're into DJ MAX but also want to have a 3D-VSRG-design alike Guitar Hero, this game would suit to you.
I bought it on summer sale for non-whopping 0,99€ and what else can I say besides is a cheap and fun VSRG game.
The OST of the game is not the cherry on top, though. From traditional nursery rhymes to AI vocaloid songs with a few exception of really good-sounding songs in the game, I do think that the gameplay aspect of MUSYNX is what fulfills me to my needs to play a different VSRG besides Guitar Hero or Fortnite Festival (which is just reskinned Guitar Hero lol!)
One more counter point, which might be a bit nitpicky, is the song backgrounds, especially after you've completed a song and they fade out to the song background, has a wobbling effect that doesn't seem you could turn off, at least not in the settings as far as I know. It's so bad to the point where after playing a while, my eyesight gets irritated and I receive a wobbling vision like I watched some optical illusion video for a minute.

Musynx is great game with one of the most customer-friendly DLC practices in the biz. If you're a fan of rhythm games then don't hesitate to give Musynx a try, especially during a sale where you can get the game + DLC for the price of a fancy sandwich. Musynx has solid default customization with both 2D DJMAX-Style themes and 3D Guitar Hero/Rockband-Style themes.
Once you buy the "Forever Friends" DLC you get access to every DLC song in the game as long as they keep making them. The rest of the DLC is cosmetic.
Some of the music can be "noise" heavy for my tastes, but for every track I don't like there is 1-2 more I do. And even the tracks that don't perfectly tickle that musical itch are still quite fun to play in-game. There is a decent assortment of genres to choose from, but keep in mind that there is a focus on electronic and anime opening style pop music. The vocals are mostly "vocaloid" (hatsune miku) style as well so if you can't stand that sound then beware.
Overall Musynx is a really fun rhythm game at an affordable price with some hidden gems of music I never would've been exposed to otherwise. Give it a shot!

MUSYNX is a vibrant and rhythmically engaging music game that delivers a polished experience for fans of the genre. Developed by I-Inferno, the game offers a no-frills, fast-paced rhythm gameplay style that focuses on the core of what makes rhythm games fun: excellent music, responsive controls, and satisfying challenge.
At the heart of MUSYNX is its diverse and energetic soundtrack. The game features a wide variety of songs, ranging from electronic and J-pop to classical remixes and indie tracks, with more being added through updates. Each song is accompanied by its own unique visual theme, keeping the experience fresh and dynamic as you progress through the tracklist. Whether you prefer mellow tunes or high-tempo bangers, there’s something in the library to suit nearly every taste.
Gameplay is straightforward but extremely well-tuned. Notes fall in a vertical lane system, and players tap to the beat using either touchscreen or button controls, depending on the platform. The note timing and hit detection feel crisp and accurate, which is critical for any rhythm game, and the difficulty ramps up in a way that challenges both newcomers and experienced players alike. There’s no unnecessary complexity—just a clean, fast interface that puts the focus on the music and your performance.
The game's minimalist menus and slick visual presentation work in its favor, allowing players to dive right into songs without distraction. It doesn’t rely heavily on story or progression systems, which may not appeal to players looking for a more narrative-driven experience, but it’s perfect for those who just want to play great music with tight, responsive gameplay.
I strongly recommend MUSYNX to rhythm game enthusiasts and anyone looking for a music title with energy and polish. It excels in delivering pure rhythm gameplay without the clutter, offering an experience that is both challenging and highly replayable. If you love games where you can lose yourself in the beat and chase that perfect score, MUSYNX is absolutely worth your time. 8/10
