True Fear: Forsaken Souls Part 2 Reviews

Well, what do we have here? Sequel that managed to outdo the original in most aspects. Very big game. Really big. With lots of puzzles and stuff to do. But I would not call it a hidden object game, because there is little to no HOG scenes. So, it's more a point and click and puzzle game. We still have cool visuals and spooky atmosphere. Locations became bigger and more variable. And the story is even more intriguing than before. I'd say, we get more more questions than answers. Fun fact. There is a scene in the game, when a huge glass ceiling, at certain point, will just collapse. At the very same day that I played the game, maybe less than 10 mins after I encountered this scene ingame - the bath cabin (also made of glass) in my own bathroom also fully collapsed with very loud rumble. That was very unexpected coincidence. A word of advice for achievement hunters. If you want to get everything and not mess up anything, keep in mind - do everything on the same profile. And in one go. Otherwise, there is a good chance that you will miss something. Yeah, it's a pain, but we are not searching for easy solutions, right? Oh, by the way - the third game finally reached Steam and release date is close. So we can finally uncover the final mystery behind this story.

Amazing story line, great locations and game play, to explore, I highly recommend you give the game a try.

if you liked the first this is more of the same but it is too long compared to the first. i just got bored after 6 hours at the start of act 3. HOGs need to not overstay their welcome; constantly having to find the next key or always being blocked by a missing puzzle piece got very old.
