AOE3 is a classic RTS game from the mid-2000s. The updated "Definitive Edition" looks really nice, but the online multiplayer is extremely laggy, with large amounts of freezing and stuttering while playing. Me and my friends used to play the original over the internet without having this lag, so it's definitely an issue just with the Definitive Edition. It's pretty frustrating to play while it's in this state. Despite this it's still a fun game.

Age of empires is the best base building strategy game of all time ik i used to play the age of empires 2 back in the days and it was soo good soo now ive shifted to the aoe 3 and this feels like a Gem of a game highly recomended if u are into base buiding type of games 9/10

I used to play this game on a low tier laptop from like 2008. Today on my gaming laptop it runs like ass. they overhauled a perfectly functional UI thats really unfamiliar to anyone familiar with the old game. Fuck you microsoft for butchering one of my childhood comforts
