A new season and new enemies, complete with groundwork for intrigue as almost every new enemy you have has different, even conflicting motivations.
You are going to have to choke down another helping of Noel and Caron eating ♥♥♥♥ from YET ANOTHER overpowered baddie but, mercifully they signal pretty quickly that they're going to stop messing around with that and find another way to keep the drama going. Like everything else in Noel, they don't want to waste your time with tropes you've already seen.
The only problem is you're going to be waiting probably years before you see THIS arc end.

I know some people have been complaining about the translations for Seasons 8 & 9 being not that good, but honestly it's fine. I've read a lot of manga scanlations over the years, so I was expecting something like that, but this isn't even close. Proper grammar out the wazoo here, friends!

New season it was really good, the game kinda change for few things for good, hope the next seasons be sooner, and the price for the S8 its kinda too much for game like this, but if you like the game in previous seasons so its wortj, even i was prepared 12$ for this Season, anyway just buy it if you like it, that's.

This season gives me another vibe of this game. I would like to write again that it's really worth to buy! I love how our main character starts to develop more and more. (I mean Caron of course since the chapter’s name already hints about this!) The story is getting serious. I can’t wait to see my Bomber in the next season! Also the combat gameplay is new and fun to play.
P.S. All of the new characters in this episode also have a good-looking or good-design like usual. I can’t wait to know their real purpose.

A new season with a bunch of new things. New title template, new bgm, new item looks, new characters, new fashion, new plotline, new skills, the Stance system is gone, and new items in the vending machine for those new skills.
This season got me so pumped just like S5 but in a different way :3
Looks like the end of the journey to revenge is still long so it's "to be continued" lol

So I'll start by saying I just got into Noel the Mortal Fate, and have really enjoyed the series so far. The gameplay is rather simple but the story and music are top notch. After finishing chapters 1-7 I was really excited to start season 8 but to be honest, at the state the game is currently in I can't recommend it. The translation for this chapter is so bad, it really is a dramatic dip in quality from the first 7 seasons, which for the most part were translated very well. Laplus has become Laplace, fallen has become fallen down (lmao) and these are all just the minor issues. Certain parts of the game are hard to even understand what they are trying to say. It really takes you out of the immersion so I really hope they update the translation someday, because I feel this season will truly be able to shine. I generally like all the gameplay changes they made, but this translation sucks.
