Smoker The Car Game Reviews

If I wouldn't read the about section here, I would not know what this game is even about :) It has some scoring system but nothing is explained in the game. My quick impression after playing it for like 12 minutes is as follows: + Looks good! + Physics feel interesting + You can drive underwater but - Feels totally unplayable / undrivable with all cars - they can't even drive straight on a straight road - Poorly optimized, low fps - Ugly HUD and its placement of elements - Ugly main menu - When you drive underwater the water disappears As of now, I would not recommend this game to anyone, because, although it looks good it also feels kinda pointless. But the developers have plans for the future, so we shall see. Above all, the cars need to be more playble / drivable!

Going to lay it all out on the table. Smoker the car game was exactly what I wanted when I stumbled upon this hidden gem in the steam store. I thought 99 cents for a game purely about drifting?!? Exactly what i was looking for! although price didnt have much to do with it, I was also intrigued with the thought of being a part of the playerbase this game needs. although there are kinks to work out such as headlights not providing much light and it getting really dark at night and other things that I'm sure are already being worked on this game is a hoot to play when you're looking for some good old classic drifting without all the hassle of racing that many other car games base themselves on. that doesnt mean im not exxcited for career mode though! lookinf forward to seeing more customization with the cars or names when you select your vehicle. To summarize this all up, games worth it get it while its fresh has loads of potential. would love to help work on the game in any way i can.
