A.R.E.S. isn't even that great of a game. It doesn't need useless DLC to make it worse.

A.R.E.S.: Berzerker Suit is DLC for A.R.E.S. which unlocks a new suit which you can use which greatly increases the damage you deal, at the expense of taking more damage. The game is somewhat easier when using it, but it does add a little more variety for people who want to try out another run. It's a buck normally, and regularly goes on sale, so if you're interested in playing through the game once more, might be worth a look.
