OK so. If you're looking for a powerful sequencer, this is not the program your looking for, very few instruments, and a rather cluncky way of setting it up with all the extra pads and links you have to do. But if you just want a hella pretty looking and sounding game to just mess around with to show basic music stuff. I can no recommend this more, it is so beautiful and what little sounds are there are just amazing.

Double edit: I solved the issue of it constantly booting as a background process, albeit as a bandaid fix; It's not compatible with Windows 11. And that's a serious shame because i finally got to play it on my other hard drive, and it is a very zen experience. Finally, a happy end to a bitter story, but i still seriously wish this game got an update for windows 11. I heavily endorse games like this, that allow you to sandbox however you like, to not care about the big picture, a place where you can dedicate yourself to your action, and benefit with gaining music and sequencer experience through doing.
Controls are fairly janky and unintuitive, but there's so few controls it's super easy to learn the ins and outs of the program, even without the tutorials
