They claim it's "based in real baseball play," but really it's more like a home run derby where every swing is a home run. I played for about 30 minutes, got bored, and returned it.

Unplayable on Oculus Rift. It puts me outside of the lobby that I am supposed to be in. I cannot select anything after the title screen. No response from Dev when I posted in the Bug Reports discussion. A waste of time in my opinion. Do not buy if you have a Rift and the Dev should remove the Rift as a supported HMD!

I bought this because its from the developer of everyday golf. I've got like 7 of these homerun derby games. this is one of the better ones. somewhere between arcade and real. Presentation is good. Hitting feels good. Only one stadium.

So I thought it's a full baseball game. Only to realise it's just batting practice homerun derby in nice stadium. Good graphics but batting is about all you get with this game.

Fun little home run derby game. But they put the bat in the wrong hand. If you select right handed the bat is in your left hand. I don't know about anybody else but I bat right handed and would like you use my right hand to control the bat. It is pretty much impossible to hold a Rift control with two hands so having the bat in my dominant hand would be much better. And switching to left handed batting puts the bat in my right hand but I am on the wrong side of the plate. My backhand is not near as powerful as my forward hand. They either need to fix this issue by putting the bat in the hand you select or by having which side of the plate you are on as a separate option from your handedness.

The graphics in this game are very blurry with lots of anti-aliasing issues. I also experienced some consistent frame rate drops on the Valve Index when setting the only graphic setting to medium or high. As far as gameplay, it is way too easy to hit home runs and it gets a little dull after a while. You also cannot change the bat, pitcher, or ballpark. A much better baseball VR experience in my opinion is Baseball Kings VR, which has much sharper graphics and you can change the bat and pitcher.

I have only played this game for a little bit, but there isnt that much to this game so I think the time I have spent is sufficient. It is a fun game, but needs some polish and maybe a smidge more content before I could really call it a good deal. Although at the current sale price of $10 I do thats fine. So as mentioned, there isnt much to it... you start it.. and there you are ready to hit. Maybe I missed it, but for some reason they positioned the bat so it feels like its floating out in front of your hands. I would suggest to just give the fake hands look and have the player holding onto the bat. Also, small note to Devs... it seems like when you hit it PERFECTLY... it rewards you by highlighting PERFECT in the scoreboard.. .except it seems to be misspelled... so it says "PERPECT" Anyhow, I do recomend the game for $10 or less... for $15 I would stick to one of the other games out there.

Nice presentation, however quite limited for the money ($15). Arcade ball physics, doesn't take much to hit a massive HR. Would be better if there was at least an option to go between arcade mode and something more realistic. Also, perhaps vary the type of pitchers in some sort of progressive mode (start with easy pitchers and work your way up). Just saying there needs to be more game modes and variation to justify the price. As is, it should be at most $5. It does have a great starting point for something better however. If more features are added, I could recoomend it. But overall for the current price point I cannot.

Awesome game. Perfect for VR. The ability to feel like you're in a full-size stadium smashing balls around is addictive fun. Highly recommend. Would love to see fielding, pitching and maybe even a full game etc added in the future :-)
