Summary: My Favorite Economic Board Game Comes to Digital Edit Notes: I'm doing a full teardown of my initial review that documented initial release errors. For full disclosure, on launch there were a number of interface issues that made the game unplayable. Within a few days the devs came through on fixes that resolved the bulk of our issues. Ever wanted to feel like a stock trader? Wheel and deal with the best of them inside of 20-40 minutes? Then Stockpile is the game for you. There are videos out there that detail the order of play way better than I can for the traditional game. With 4 players, the game is played over 6 rounds where everyone has only a piece of the economic forecast puzzle. From there you use that to value various stockpiles and get into a bidding war over them! Will your stocks go up, down, or will you get your hands dirty in manipulating the market? Very very robust AI where even Medium can smash me up pretty well. With more people? The action gets even crazier. Highly recommend.

if u like bug , then this is a must buy game even is just a simple game, but almost every single round the bug will appear this is the fun part of the game ,enjoy it

Really fun game. Locks up sometimes, not sure the reason. Some minor bugs, but nothing so horrific that it's not worth the buy. Liked it so much, bought the Epic Edition of the board game straight from Nauvoo!

i enjoyed the game very much, it was very well put together and the tutorials were clear and very funny. especially liked all the references to trading places, a classic movie. would have liked a clarification on the dividend payout, or perhaps i just missed that part of the tutorial, it was easy enough to figure out on our own:). I like the investor cards and profiles and the very obvious financial personalities that they are modeled after, very funny. a value at a few dollars, i look forward to playing the game with my friends.

Great game! Quick, nice expansions added. A streamlined way to know about Stock Market. Bought on sale. I recommend, as with other board games to see the tutorial in YouTube. The tutorials of digital board games are most of the times, focused in people who know the game.

The main game board is very good and excellent But this digital version has a very poor design

I just could not get into it and I feel like this is owed in at least some part to a really rough interface. You shouldn't absolutely require a multi-part tutorial for a game like this. Some of the things seemed like they wanted you to click here, but there was no indication with a click and drag or a click, or... I have not played the boardgame version of this game, but it's normally a well-reviewed/received game so I figured it would be worth a shot on the PC.

Stockpile is a great stock market game. It was originally created as a board game and converted into an app, and the conversion is excellent. The game is probably better as an app than as the physical copy because all of the maintenance (such as shuffling) is done much quicker and more easily on the computer. As I mentioned, Stockpile is a stock market game. To some this may seem like a dry topic, but there is a lot of fun, deception, and strategy baked into this game. And if you are playing with the right attitude, you can get some laughs, too. There are investors that each have special abilities and the characters are hilarious. What makes this game great IMO is the RNG-to-strategy ratio, where there is enough strategy to decide games by good play but enough randomness to allow for surprises, force adaption, and make sure the game isn't chess. I love that there is a ranked mode online, too, and I've been playing like 10 games at a time. I may be addicted.

Stockpile is a great board game, maybe the best stock board game. But Digidiced has made it into a terrible PC version. Bad interface, the menus are too big, you can barely see the game board behind them. Difficult to understand how to play, if you never played the board game version. The latest expansion is not included. Barely playable online. I give the board game version 8/10, and this PC version 3/10.

One improvement could be some end-game-summary? At end of game you don't really get a synopsis of your and your opponents points (how they were achieved overall).
