It is probably not a good idea to combine RPG/Survival with hentai elements. Having below average art also doesn't help. Overall gameplay is incredibly grindy even after you figure out the location of items you need to keep the gameplay loop going and due to the aforementioned art, there isn't much reason to keep going outside of being a completionist.
Equipment durability and repair adds a level of micromanagement that some might not care for.
Dev has an obvious pee fetish that you can turn off.
I would recommend only if this game was highly discounted.

This is a game with an easy to understand and engaging plot, you can farm items, although the 18+ scenes are cut, I still want it to be allowed to play :))))
