Amazing gameplay, 10/10 graphics, challenging maps, great enemies, epic storyline, best soundtrack of the year.
12/10 would buy again.

I love the music it makes everything creepy vibe. red skin looks like devil but i am not even sure what that creature is but looks cool. I wish that there was option to use arrow keys, it would be amazing if that creature moved faster and cough up in corners less often

A game that requires literally a second or two of mentally calculating a path to the exit before an EXCRUCIATINGLY LONG WAIT as you control the sprite for it to eventually get there. If the speed of it was 10x as fast, then it would be an easy completionist game.

I can't say I recommend this game. If you already own it or are getting it as part of a bundle it may be worth playing through for the achievements but the game itself is boring and fast to complete. There are no obstacles or enemies and the mazes weren't challenging.

60 lvl's seems excessive. after about 40 i was dragging. you can "occasionally" find these little "glowy orbs" that you can use to buy 2 other skins. dont bother getting all of them because i discovered that after you buy the skins you end up with 5 left over. no footprints either. music is nice. no reward at the end, you do get an "achivment" after Every Single Level. then you get an achiv for getting all the skins. thats it. also seems meh to have to buy x5 games at 99cents each. why not make chapters? why not a timed option? why not an element of danger towards the end lvl's? nice relaxing game (to a point) but becomes a headache later. do less levels, add some mods, add a timed mode, make an ending of some kind (even if it's just a picture) just something.

Whoa. What a crushing disappointment, after the sheer unmitigated greatness (okay, sheer unmitigated "alrightness") that was TAL: Jungle.
This time out, we have no dangers, just mazes. And given that there's only sixty levels, and the first actual "maze" (i.e. something that would tax a three-year-old) doesn't appear until level seven...it's kinda hard to recommend to any adults.
I guess it's (barely) passable for kids, though. And it has two more Achievements than TAL: Jungle, 'cause this time out you have to pick up inconveniently-placed glowing orbs to "purchase" the two extra "skins" available. Whether you consider that a bonus to gameplay or a tedious obstacle to 100%-ing the Achievements is up to you. (The red "Satan" skin is kinda cool and almost "worth" it, though.)
Oh...and the soundtrack, while still very good, just isn't quite as nifty as Jungle's music. Still, this is the older game, and it's good to see Snkl Studio moving onward and upward with their art. I look forward to the twenty-seventh TAL game, by which time we should have a bona fide MASTERPIECE on our hands.
Verdict: 5/10.
The Yeti Mazerunner
TAL:Arctic is a cheap buildt series of maze games in which a Yeti like character tries to find the exit in 60 different levels. If you compare it to the aMaze Series these labrinths are a no-brainer. Sometimes you have to collect extra points to afford the 2 extras (additional 2 achievements)

An unknown Creature, wandering through icy Mazes, trying to find a way out.
It is your turn to help.
Well, everybody who knows me, know how i like to start my Reviews.
This one didn`t make it so easy, because it is a short and simple Game, not a big one like BATTLETECH.
Anyway, the first time i recognize this game was in a sale, by the interesting Name: TAL:Arctic.
Then i have had a look at it and was fascinated by the nice Cover Picture, that shows this unknown Creature.
Okay, another look and what do we have here? A Maze Game.
60 Levels have to be done and our friend start in the left upper corner to reach the right lower corner.
The first Levels are very easy, just to show how the Game works and when it goes higher, the Mazes are going bigger. Our friend is easy to control. A little big slow, but hey, he is not that slim.
From Time to Time you will see Lights. You can collect them and change them against a new skin (3 aviable) for our friend.
Yes it is a very simple and easy game. What i like is the little atmosphere. Snowy, grey walls, nice fitting Background and a wonderfull Soundtrack. Let me tell you, that i like Game Soundtracks very much, since the 80`s (Chris Hülsbeck, Tim Wright and others). On Steam i found many nice Soundtracks from not so known Games like HYBRID WARS, CROW or GAME OF GODS. TAL:Artic has 3 Tracks. Very nice Piano Tracks with Synth Strains.
The Soundtrack is the Best for me and it`s worth the money and that goes also for the Game itself. The price is very low.
Oh and there is a second part out there, also with 60 Levels, i`m playing next.
So if you like short and relaxing games with a little nice Atmosphere and fine Music this is for you. Don`t expect to much, it is an easy and short game. Also nice for Achievement Hunters. Easy to get.
Thank you for Reading.
By the way, if a Developer reads my review, can you tell me what the Name of the Game means. Thank you. :-)
