it's like mario maker but for pc, everything is customizable. there is an overworld maker too. you can change player's physics, play in two player mode, make custom items, blocks, projetiles, menus and more. contains custom scripting language that is easy to use. and there is a website where you can find list of all commands and more. super mario maker 2 costs more. there is a demo to try and a lot you can do. if you upgrade to pro you get the ability to import your own assets and to export your project into an .exe file.
i don't know how it is with troll levels, i searched troll in the ingame level browser and found nothing, if someone knows you can write a comment.
