What I like: - The game could be good for those starting out with puzzle games, as the puzzles themselves are relatively simplistic, and each area follows a recurring theme - The puzzles are complemented by the overall style of the game What I don't like: - There are no settings, you can't tailor any parts of the in-game experience to how you would want it - In the Winter door, there are some sections where the sound activation areas overlap so you can hear 2 sounds at once (or like the piano/windstorm parts), if you have trouble distinguishing one sound from another, this will be an awful experience - In the Garden door, there is a section that requires you to have gone through the Desert door fully before you can progress. If you don't know this, you will be guessing the answer and have no real understanding as to why the solution is or is not correct. While having required prerequisites in puzzle games is not uncommon, these are typically facilitated by stating that "You can't complete this yet, you are missing a required item!", or by not allowing the player to try the area at all. - The ship door - distinguishing between colours can be difficult to do for some. Without adequate colour-blindness accessibility settings, this section can become impossible - Einstein mode is, while in theory a suitable challenge mode, penalises any error whether that be not understanding the puzzle, or making an unintentional door choice (they are quite sensitive as I found out). Could be improved by adding in a halfway checkpoint, or having a clear description of what the mode actually entails before choosing it. I became so infuriated with making minor mistakes over and over on this mode, that I personally think that it is no longer worth any more of my time to try to get the achievement Overall, Door has a promising premise that could be built upon and improved with enough time. However, it has lots of minor flaws that unfortunately sum up to impact the whole experience of the game quite a lot

The winter wonderland zone was super impressive, such a well-made area, but you need to understand what's going on. Each area was unique and fun. Reminded me of the The Witness, in a good way.
