Great game! I personally think you nailed the atmosphere in this game. When you're walking through the foster home you can almost feel the dust on the walls and a dark damp place that you don't want to be in. Some of the smokey effects in the rooms also brought the room to life for me. The quirky effects while running down the halls are great too and give you the dizzy effect. The soundtrack and the audio effects built the atmosphere up really well! Great Job! I enjoyed the story and puzzles and also the intense chase around the school! xD Some small suggestions i would make are 1) in the beginning of the game in the apartment, there is no clear indication of how to open the apartment door. Am i looking for a key or do i need to pick items up in a certain order. Some hint / tip in the top left could help indicate how to proceed. 2) I spent some time looking for a flashlight that i walked passed in the beginning of the school, maybe an indicator similar to the "Secret" icons and auto reload of batteries would be great too for when you can't stop to reload cause you're being chased! xD Would highly recommend trying this game out!

I'm an hour into the game and already hooked into the story and wondering what will happen next. There are lots of items to examine and inventory to collect to assist you on your journey, puzzles to decipher and notes to read to unravel the mystery. The atmosphere, music and graphics really compliment each other and set the tone and mood perfectly for eerie exploration and occasional scare. The controls are easy to remember and navigating around the environments is pretty smooth. If you enjoy horror games with an intriguing story, this is the game for you and I'd definitely recommend it.

This game genuinely has potential, it has a lot of issues, but it's a great start for an indie developer. I have a lot to say about the game, so here's a cheeky vidoe about it. https://youtu.be/Ko6f0RIp8yg?si=tsqatj4pYNOgfBMp

Solidly spoopy game. If you're fast and clever, you'll probably enjoy it. Check the other reviews first as they seem to be pretty mixed. While the game has some decent spoops with a good atmosphere, I don't think I will ever complete it because: * The AI corners me in the school so much that I'm ready to give up. * The blur effects that I have turned off in the menu are still there and it makes it very difficult to play. * The inventory interface feels clunky and reloading the flashlight feels like it takes forever. * It's hard to understand what the puzzles want from me later in the game. It's not a bad game, but I'd say you should purchase on a 50% off or greater sale. Hopefully the next game is more polished.

While the atmosphere is great, there are many issues with this. 1. The save button DOESN'T WORK. I couldn't save my game. And when I accidentally clicked to go back to the main menu (a common mistake), it didn't confirm I wanted to do that, it just threw me there and then I couldn't even load a save BECAUSE IT DIDN'T SAVE. 2. One of the puzzles requires getting a key that's really awkwardly hidden behind a basket and required pixel hunting. The only reason I knew it was there was watching a walkthrough where someone else found it after much frustration. This has a lot of potential, but it is buggy and not playable in its current state.
