Horrible. Impossible to control. Be ashamed of your game development skills. You're charging 10 dollars for this?! Is there any wheel chair games that actually feature usable controls?
Also, don't blame this on old ladies.

I found out that I did have space in my heart to hate halloween more after this game decided that it'd be a great idea to turn off all the lights to make the game completely unplayable for halloween. I'll be back with a nicer review at a later date after all that shit has disappeared.

I am not joking when I say I feel genuinely sick just thinking about the experience I had playing this game. Falling to my knees while my inner ear gets player with. Second review, first one got taken down?

Could have been great but poorly implemented controls make the game frustrating to the point of it not being a challenge but a chore, its pure dumb luck rather than skill that will get you though the game, that's if you can be bothered to continue playing beyond the 10 minutes or so it takes to realise that even with 80% off i feel ripped off, sorry but that's all there is to say about this one.
Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers
This is a potentially good game. However, it's ruined by the weelchair mechanic which I found very frustrating and made it impossible for me to navigate the 4th stage (trying to get past those huge swinging hammers). No matter what I tried, I never had enough speed.
I tried various ways and each time it felt like I was driving a shopping cart with one wheel that's broken. The wheelchair kept trying to go in directions I didn't want it to. If I used both hands to grab the wheels and push forward, then it would always steer in some random direction other than straight ahead. I had to switch hands one at a time to navigate the wheelchair to go into a semi-straight path which slowed down my speed considerably. Going up a small incline felt almost impossible.
But no matter what I tried, seated or standing, recentering my position in VR, and moving my hands in all kinds of different ways, I always went too slow to get past the swinging hammers. Which is a shame, because I thought the game's obstacle courses looked like fun. The graphics looked better than the store page video or screenshots. The game even ran smoothly for me. However, I can't overlook the frustrating controls which make it impossible for me to progress. I'm having to refund this game because I can't play it. It's not about game difficulty, but about a broken control scheme (at least on the Oculus).
Rate 4/10. If they fixed the wheelchair propulsion mechanism, I would change my recommendation. And BTW, to that reviewer who said he got nausea ... no nausea here dude. It's just you (I fell down various times from heights and I'm still good). Play more VR and get your VR legs!

Great idea. Rubbish controls that respond in wildly unpredictable ways and intense "orientation" motion sickness (being upside down and continually spinning), which is the only kind of VR motion sickness you can's get over with continual practice.
If the controls were a bit more predictable, so that it was possible to move the chair in a straight line, this might be good.

Unlike most VR games that take you to an unrealistic experience that ends too quickly, GGG actually gives you a sense of immersion and depth that lets you forget it's a game and make you feel like you're actually a Grandma. You'll experience the hardships like using a wheelchair and having to get yourself up after falling to the floor while your grandkids run around being useless. Having a Grandma myself I think I would be an expert at knowing what one is like, and this game captures the essence of a grandma perfectly. Honestly good job Lazy Morning Games at making something that is truly a diamond hidden beneath piles of lackluster games taking up the steam stores catalogue. Hopefully the game is supported further with DLC.
