UPDATE 04/07/20
The game finally has a proper menu with volume settings. It's a bit confusing to navigate at first, but after some guesswork I managed to figure out the controls. Game still starts in full screen mode with no option to window, so the jittering remains. Level select is a nice addition but is ultimately an unnecessary feature given how short the game is. Would be nice if there was a controls list, it took me ages to remember that the element swap button was 'E', and 'Space' is enter.
Nothing else about the main game seems to have been modified, so the rest of my impressions remain the same.

Not a great game.
No graphics settings. No mute, no volume control. No menus. No save/ load.
Music is grating and repetitive, which makes the lack of volume control even worse.
Gameplay could be good if the camera wasn't so jittery (which might be because I couldn't window the game), and puzzles were explored further. My favourite section was the logic puzzle with the lava to heat the cauldron, but since it was so unexplored and the focus seemed to be Pokemon-style sliding puzzles that stage really left a bad impression. The sliding puzzles were awful because of how much guesswork was needed because you aren't given the full view of where the sliders will land you. The teleportation puzzles wasn't really much of a puzzle, it was more just guesswork. Thankfully it wasn't used that much. The last section of the game was very short and seemed under-developed.
There's a lot of unnecessary waiting around in the first area with the fans opening each part, would've been better if I could let myself out instead of having to wait to be left out.
It would've been nice if I could see how many lollipops are left in each stage, luckily I got them all on my first attempt but I can see if I was unlucky I would've had to explore around a lot more to see what I had missed.
Only upside is the graphics. They're really nice and retro. The characters were cute and the style really bright and cheery.
Even on sale for 40% off I cannot recommend this game because there is no replayablity and the game is less than 30 minutes of gameplay. You can get better games that have high replayabiltiy for less.

Okay game if you get it on sale.

The level design is spectacular, the puzzles have a wide variety and are well done, and the game can be completed fairly quickly. No bugs or mistakes that I saw, definitely a must-play for a chill afternoon day.
