Playtime: 12 minutes
Simple, easy to use, and engaging enough controls, nice music, and good visuals. There are some bugs I noticed and personal thoughts about how the game can be improved. For bugs/what seem to be bugs: 3rd race has some strange sound effects when near the glitch/hazard spots and I'm not sure if they are intentional. After beating the 3rd race you can't move the map in any way to select the 4th race though you can see that it is unlocked. Second race's map doesn't match up with the course. One of the tutorial messages had a few letters cut off by the edge of the screen. For personal thoughts on improvement: Vehicles stats are shown as plain bars yet upgrades show an increase in the bar as well as a number associated with the upgrade, it'd be nice to see numbers for the stats in general though this is probably just personal preference. Seperating the upgrade parts into different menus or scrolling sections would be nice since once you get to the crossed out unavailable parts players may think that everything after that will be locked too. It does still show promise as a game premise though and I look forward to seeing how it comes along.
