What fun this is! It's a music making app that uses the physics of falling stone balls over wood and other pieces to create the notes of a percussion rhythm.
See the videos to understand. I'm uploading an example to my YouTube. https://youtu.be/G7DbBIosmf0
I hope they will make more sound sets!

I really liked this app. Obviously, it's not for everyone. There's not really a game here. It's a music creation app with a zen like music creation atmosphere. There is a short tutorial that teaches you some of the basics of how to use the tools of the game. It seemed to be missing information however, on how to select different menu items, including how to record your creations and where they go to (they go to your docs file).
However, it is very easy to start creating your own music zen garden. You can create a plethora of sounds with a random variation that happens organically. You can select Plastic, Wood, or Stone tools. Each one of them has a different sounds and some of them have a hole which changes up the sound upon impact. You can reshape each tool to change the pitch.
You can also reshape your eggs or change their direction to change the speed or pitch. There's also an overall control where you can change up the speed to everything easily. You can view creations that the dev has made to get inspiration to make your own creation. I suggest you do that first so that you get an idea of how you can vary the sounds infinitely. However, I did notice that some eggs did not produce the black balls that start the musical notes. I wasn't sure why that was but it looked like a game bug.
The good news is that I didn't notice that bug on anything I created. My main complaint with the game is just the dreariness of the background and the lack of colors. You're underground in a pit for some unknown reason with dark water below you. You can cycle a day and night and you have options to turn on or off ambient and water sounds. Still, at the end of the day, you're in a pit with a view of ugly walls. It looks nice when you see the stars at night above you or when you see birds flying above you during the day cycle. But it still doesn't take away from the dreariness of the underground pit all around you.
I really hope the dev changes that. I would like to see different environments. A zen garden would make a lot of sense or a koi pond. Add some colors to the world and the tools. This is supposed be be a zen-like music creation app and it is, except when you're looking around. There's some cognitive dissonance here for sure.
However, I really like this app. I think I got more than money's worth. Check out the video of my music creation. Yes you can save your creations and make a sound file or a video file easily using in-game tools.
Rate 7/10. Please make it prettier dev!
