The game has an interesting story and idea for gameplay, too bad it barely goes anywhere with it, every aspect goes as deep as surface level. It might have been 5 years already, but you know this game is in early access because there still needs a lot of play testing to be done. (1 achievement i needed to 100% this and apparently it’s bugged to hell)

Game has HUGE memory leak. Other than that, it is a bit on the overwhelming side. It gives you a new ability and then throws you in the deep end immediately.

This game has(had?) potential, but it’s still firmly in Early access. The waves and style of enemies is reminiscent of Serious Sam, but the movement and controls don’t lend themselves to that style of game play quite yet. Game balance is lacking as so much health and shield is supplied, that most encounters are only an exercise in getting rid of the mobs, rather than a challenge. I can see time has been spend on level and model development, care has been taken to ensure the player can escape lakes after falling off cliffs etc.

Honestly? Not too bad. The whole game is about 2 hours (less if you're better than me), and isn't exactly groundbreaking in any way, but there's a bit of a lack of first-person, magic shooter type games. The gameplay is pretty shallow, but I think the length of the game makes sure it doesn't overstay its welcome. I'd suggest buying at a $5 price-point. If you're looking for more games like this, you'll want to play Dark Messiah of Might & Magic.

So here are some good sides: Spells with good impact and different mechanics. Nice visuals. Some of the fights a pretty interesting and tough. Run smoothly on my PC. And here are some bad sides: Not all of the fights a well balanced. I found several glitches throughout the game. Not game breaking but still... This game has a lot of potential so I probably will recommend it. But I hope that it will be polished until the final release.

Never pay full price for a "most likely" abandoned game. The game has some promise, from what I have played I enjoyed it. It looks and plays decent, except for the plaforming sections ....(WHY?) But , if you want maybe 2 hours of fun and frustration(platform jumping yes) buy it a big discount. Don't expect any updates soon...

For less than $5, I still feel cheated. This game is clunky, slow, repetitive, and frankly, boring. "Diverse cast of enemies" is the greatest joke in the description, so far, there's been the small ones where I attack, hide, and then attack again, the big ones where I attack, hide, and then attack again, and the other big ones where I attack, hide, and then attack again. The spells themselves are interesting, but there's so few and they work strangely, like the 'Lightning' spell is bubbles for some reason. The audio, despite being set to its lowest settings, spikes and makes piercing noises for some actions. The game stutters and lags quite constantly, the physics are odd, enemies aren't even really dangerous or worthwhile. Perhaps if this game was still continuing to receive updates, it'd be worth it, but not anymore.

it was average experience. For some reason, i felt like, i was playing battlefield. :D Just killing enemies, who pop up in front of you, out of thin air. When too many of them pop out in small area, clicking everything in panic seem to be standard. :D My play through ended, in part with jumping on platforms. This game doesn't have decent jumping mechanic, or at least, not for jumping on platforms. Now that i think about it, just watch the two videos on steam page. As far as i can tell, that is pretty much the extent of gameplay.

This is an unfinished and dead game. The last patch was in November of last year. There is no rebind. The mouse invert settings do not work, and as far as I can tell, the Developer has not responded to a single post on the community forum, ever. It had a promising start, but just avoid this one.
