If you like super tough old-school platformers this is your game, it's so retro it makes me wonder if Reagan is still in office.

This is a very poorly made game. You get a sword, but throw a limited number of stars instead. You can be hit by enemies as they die. You can be killed instantly if you happen to stop in the wrong place, because there's no invincibility frames. You can hear the jump sound effect over and over if you mash the jump button, and the musical themes overlap each other when you reach the end of a stage. Also, "Exist to menu".
If you approach it with the mind of a precision platformer instead of an action side-scroller, you'll be in a better position to appreciate what they were going for here. But this game taught me that "retro" does not equal "good", and once upon a time, video games had problems. For me, it's not worth the 63 cent sale price I paid.
