Alright. Pylon Racer. This game is actually a lot of fun. I went through and completed all the training and very badly attempted the ending race, getting dsq on being to low on the last gate. I give props to the Dev who worked on this its a lot of fun to mess around in and really rewarding to see your name move up the leaderboard as you get better and better at keeping your plane at speed and level (which is definitely a challenge with these types of planes). That being said I would add in a few quality of life things into the game.
1. Using the mouse to act as the head and look around at either the ground or where the next pylon is. On I think the 3rd or 4th practice you're sent back through the gate and the three single pylons but you need to make a wider turn on the first to make sure you can turn back into the second. Being able to keep your eye on the next pylon would be an excellent way to improve ones performance.
2. Yaw or rudder control. I'm an avid flight simmer and I have a complete set of thrustmaster t.16000 hotas and rudder set. I think adding in that 3rd channel of control would make flying a bit easier as you can fly a true line with actual rudder control. And it would make the game a tad more realistic.
3. A longer start period to the practice modes. I constantly found myself too low on the first pylon because you get dropped in immediately in front of it with little warning. Even a count down timer with the game paused would help to make sure the player is ready to fly.
4. A free flight or even acrobatic mode to familiarize the player with how the plane handles (as I saw the other reviewers mention)
This is a great start at what could be an excellent game. I would recommend this to anyone with a little interest in flying or air racing in general.
Great Work from the Dev who seems to be dedicated to improving and keeping with this project.

Honestly the game delivers what it has said, I cant say many negative things about it other than when my joystick controls get auto inverted and that mey not even be the game in all honesty its probably me screwing it up.

The game is fun to play but hard to control properly. I use a Speedlink Dark Tornado flight stick and I would like to edit some buttons in the controls menu.
Please make possible to select also buttons. I have only X and Y axis and a slider for throtle and braking control, which at the moment does not work.

I think that the developers of this game are off to a great start. This game has real potential. I've been looking for a game that allows someone to somewhat experience what it is like to fly a Red Bull air race plane. This game kind of does that. That being said I also feel this game needs a lot of work. Don't get me wrong. I like the game. I think it is good and deserving of support, but it needs more work done to it. I know it is only in its beta stage now, and I hope it will be developed upon. However, there is a lot of room for improvement. Here are some suggestions that I would recommend, and I would like to see in the next updates for this game.
1. Add a free flight mode: This will allow players to get use to the game dynamics and allow players to just have fun flying the plane whenever and however they want to without worrying about trying to compete or complete a goal.
2. Allow players to have control over the velocity of the plane.
3. Allow players to have the option to take-off and land the plane (or start in the air if they want).
4. Have more controller settings
5. Have more control over the visual graphics and sound settings
6. Have a digital HUD that displays speed, altitude, pitch angle, roll angle, g-force, and fuel (yes, please include a fuel gauge).
7. Have a mini map or radar display to aid players in finding the course (and the runway [also give the player the option to turn this feature off and on to provide a more realistic experience]).
8. (Optional) If this game could also be made to work with virtual reality setups, it would be a big plus.
I hope this commentary is helpful. Thanks again for having the vision, foresight, ingenuity, and boldness to make this game. I know that it's not easy. I hope you will make it awesome.
