Honestly a really fun game, what made me so hesitant about buying this game in the first place was comments on the lack of game content ,but the bones and the meat of this game feel thought out in a truly good way; I cant wait to see what else this game has to offer in the future

It's surprisingly good, albeit quite repetitive. Repetition however does not make the game less satisfying. I guess you have to feel the vibe of ringoids mining or you won't enjoy DeltaV too much. Some random thoughts below...
There are different ships available and tons of equipment. Every piece of equipment can be further tuned and it really makes the difference. You can tune your weapons to hit ships hard or to hit asteroids gently for mining. You can tune your thrusters power down to save fuel or ramp it up for agility. This variety alows for a lot of experimentation. Then when you know what you need, you can specialize your ships for mining, salvaging or rescue operations. Even racing.
There are plots in the game. I experienced some "side quests" already but still have to see the main plot unfold. It is a nice touch deepening the experience.
You have to mine ores to earn money at the start. Then there are options when you can afford better stuff.
Music is great. It blends perfectly with the experience of drifting in Saturn rings. Very calm and relaxing.
I do enjoy the game. It's complexity (ship setup, equipment tuning, crew management) hidden behind simplicity of drifting in space and mining ore. Great to unwind after a busy day at the office.

There's not really any other way to say it- this game is delightful. It's not an combat-focused game (though there is combat) so don't be expecting an action game per se. It fits snugly in the kind of dad game/cozy game/relaxation game kind of area, with a lot of grindy but engaging content, but also some great surprises if you go digging for them. If you're the kind of person who likes hard sci-fi, tweaking and min-maxing a ship, and games that are great to pick up and play for a while, this game is a no-brainer, especially for only $10.

How I imagine small scale mining in The Expanse works
Great gameplay loop, really good flight physics. You can customize the hell out of your ship, from railguns to microwave beams (which can be used for combat) There is combat but I have only encountered it once
Buy this if you want a chill space game

A space miner simulation offering a very unique combination of realism and fun !
GUI is immersive, simulating a mining ship, with a gameplay reminiscent of the old classical Asteroids, but blending in physical accuracy, interaction with your ship's crew, other ships, stations and factions, and finally, multiple storyline that sometimes collide.
Overall, a great game with a deep sense of immersion, I really felt I was in the Captain's seat of a rugged mining ship trying to survive in the Rings of Saturn !

This game is the perfect blend of session/compulsion loop punctuated by light story hits which is just enough to keep it moving. I had a friend help me learn how to play, otherwise I feel like it would have been a difficult learning curve. It really captures some nostalgia from games like EV Nova, while also giving Expanse feels. Really great game, highly recommended!

The cozy game for space nerds.
Get it. It's amazing. It's my go to game when I want to wind down and still has goals to reach and things to try out to keep you enticed for many hours.
Really, not much to critique here.
But please, I would like to cross the ecke gap again, like we could in the past. I really want to build an explorer ship and have a reason to.

If you're like me you have a million games and don't know what to play because it either takes too much time or its not as in-depth as you wish it were. You're constantly stuck looking for a game that is in-depth enough but not so much you need to learn something and can take up as much or as little time as you decide. This is a game that fits that bill. and its CHEAP. So no need to pirate it.
Try it for 20 minutes. If i just described you you'll have 40 hours in this game in 3 weeks.
