Stay away from this game. The dev seems to have given up, sadly.

Very good game, but there are some bad places, throwing things when only one by one throwing, is vexed, when mining stone switch to other weapons will have bugs, cause people have been waving arms, overall is quite good play, painting style is very comfortable.

Funny survival in a crazy pliticine world where you need to grow a Lilly that bears fruit with a radioactive bomb.
Unfortunately the game is either unfinished or buggy. Not recommended for achievement hunters as achievements are broken and the game has no support.

I was a huge fan of "Don't open the doors". When I first saw Disdoored I was discouraged by "Early Access" status. But after a lot of thinking I finally got it thinking about future opening doors and finding an amazing world of beautiful colors, interesting dialogues and puzzles. I was wrong.
First of all, I must say that I love the kind - farms and survival games always make my list. But a farm with isometric view is an overkill. Getting something done is a pain. Placing objects is really hard because of the isometric view. And when you put... a fence, for example, it's there forever. You can't replace/remove/rotate it.
Even though there are much things you can find, you don't get enough free space to carry them - 10 slots is simply not enough. Same can be said about chests. 8 slots is painfully small to store everything. You either have to have a lot of chests, either less resources.
When I interact with the chest, it can't be closed with "esc" button.
I'm not sure about next game problem, but when you're set a one player game, game won't stop when you press esc button. This option will be very handy.
The combat and use of the items is strange as well: to attack you need to press space button instead of cliking mouse.
Everything is too raw to make ambiguos conclusions. But in the current state I simply cannot recommend it.

I miss the native controller support of Don't Open the Doors. However Controller Companion works fine for WASD/left stick and use a mouse. I wish there was a portal system. I choose the smallest world as possible and even then it was difficult. This can make up for the small inventory system. Also, I liked the save system in Don't Open the Doors. The farming of produce is really great. I love the progression of the crops. And the musical cues for the seasons is perfect. There just needs to be a little overlap between the seasons. If you don't harvest exactly before the next season begins then the crops instantly are reduced to rubbish. Maybe a 2-3 days grace period to harvest while maintaining the musical cues and seasonal changes would help. Overall, this game was a pleasant surprise. I liked that it was not as talky as the first game. You can just get into this without having to stop and read so many responses.

Do not pay $20 for this game, the art style is pretty charming. The whole claymation esthetic would of sold this game itself. . . If there wasn't already a single player version (Don't Open the Doors). Oh and good luck connecting to another human being on this planet in this game, it's max player count it ever reached is 9 and that was at release. I wished this game would of been more successful cause I actually like what they got here, if you like games like Don't Starve Together then this game would of been right up your alley but as it stands you might as well as be playing Dont Open the Doors (which may I add is half the price of this game at $10 right now).

Beautiful but painfully unfinished garbage. Could have been great if the developer wasn't so pathetic and abandoned it.
Not Recommended, no matter how deep the discount is. Just don't buy it
