Running Fallout4 and notoriously stuttery New Vegas on a 9 year old machine using CPU cores and ClearMem, on very high graphic settings. On Vista 64bit O/S.
Smooth as buttered silk.
Also, noticeably faster load times.
Yeah, that's right, I said Vista.
Highly recommended for those trying to keep an older or less capable machine viable.

I got this back when I was on Windows 7, with 32GB of RAM, and found it to be next to useless; freeing maybe 50MB or less.
I'm on Windows 10 now, with the same PC otherwise, and boy oh boy, do Windows 10 background processes take up a ton of RAM. I will use this to free up a few GB of RAM almost every time I run it before launching a game. Its great when I go to use VMs, as I can free up that RAM before launching them, and then they run much smoother.
TL;DR: Windows 10 sucks, and this helps

I suggest not purchasing it at it's current state:
You need to manually click on it every time when a free app like Razer Cortex will automatically do it after launching a game.
I wanted a lighter program than Razer Cortex so I purchased it, but $5 for this is too much in it's current form.
I'll change the review whenever the feature to auto-clean after launching a game on the list gets implemented as it doesn't seperate itself from other similar programs which are free.

Was really skeptical about purchasing this DLC, as I don't really know how this program works and I already have the Base CPUCores
Once again, I was proven wrong
Here are my specs:
[b]Processor[/b] : AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 2.0 GHz
[b]Memory[/b] : 4.0 GB (3.25 usable)
[b]Operating System[/b] : Microsoft Windows 10
Quite on the botton-of-the-barrel-end specs as you can see

I was running Steam, CPUCores and Clearmem while I did the RAM cleanup
and I noticed some background programs I wasn't aware of during the cleanup
It freed me 300MB+ of RAM. It may not sound much, but for me, who only has 3.25 usable ram, that's a lot, and it is enough to give a difference when I play some games
[b]Verdict[/b]: 9/10 . As someone who uses a potato laptop, this program is very helpful in giving me that extra free memory. If you have 6GB+ ram, you might not need these or the difference might be so little.

What a amazing software! The DlC effectively reduced my RAM form 4.4GB to 2 GB ! almost 54%!
For example, the QQ occupy 263M of my RAM, after Free it up, it drops to only 20M and still functional.
This DLC is perfectly suit for those who have great demand on RAM for gaming or working.
Also suiable for someone who has low performance PC.
Thank you developers for your hard working !

This is a fraud. It's sold as a DLC so you can't refund it. After clearing RAM(only freed up 500mb but just a few seconds later RAM usage goes up again) my games don't start anymore and i get crash/bug reports. Money wasted....

It really works
I've been playing some of those space engineers,
as you may know, it's kinda buggy game (in beta)
RAM usage jumped to 7600MB and it started with lag spikes (probably from cleaning the ram every one second)
I launched this,
it cleared everything.
space engineers 4.3GB to 1.5GB
no lag spikes
my friends reported sim speed back to 1
everything worked out well...
I thought that windows can handle things by itself...
but this (of course more agresive cleaner) helped a lot with these kinds of games...
