This is a fun, relaxing game. The solitaire is interesting enough, and the plot... well, it is cool. Much of the gameplay appears to me to be a solitaire-version of the Cradle games (where-in you play levels to acquire resources and the like to build/rebuild a city/castle... Anyway, I would suggest acquiring the game through a bundle and/or on discount.

I loved the 2 previous Avalon Legends Solitaire games and played this one through on my first plythrough in hard mode and I have to say they made the power ups too easy to get and use in this for it to have any difficulty at all. It made it boring and easy. I never had to repeat a single level to beat it except for the one I repeated 5 times on purpose to get an achievement. I feel like they tried to add to the gameplay with the power-ups and took away from it. I suppose you could choose not to use them, but when they are there its hard not to, at first I was using them to get the achievements that required them and then I just had so much extra money there was nothing to do with it. If I had played in normal mode that would have been ok, but I expected hard mode to be at least kind of hard. The previous game had levels I had to replay quite a few times in hard mode to pass. That's why I can't recommend this one. I love the others and found this one boring. (Also, if you're wondering about the length of the game my hours played aren't a true representation of how long a straight palythough would take. I leave the game open in the backgroud while I do other things and play when I have free time. I would guess it took me maybe 10 hours of actual play time)

I was just searching for "card games" and I found this along the way. I occasionally love a no-brainer casual game and I immediately loved the idea of playing solitaire in a beautiful environment such as provided in the screenshots. On very first play, I was happy. The game beat my expectations. I love the art and the sound. The effects are very smooth and pleasing to the eye. I can tell that great care was taken to make everything perfectly balanced. I had no idea that the game comes with a sort of background mission of building up your village and collecting new magic powers along the way, but it was all a pleasant surprise which adds a bit of fun to the usual monotony of a solitaire game. Nice background music.

It's relaxing, pleasant fun-- I have played the previous 2 games in the series, and they are all good-- #2 & #3 are the best-- more and different 'challenges'.

Same concept of the previous one, destroy the forest and create a city lol. The achievements are kind of tough to get unless you use powerups, but near the end of the game is where you have enough money to start cranking them out. The 5x/7x multiplier bonus animation is annoyingly long and you have to wait for it to vanish. Is it strange that I find the sounds of the breaking cards oddly satisfying? :D Took roughly 12 hours to get 3 stars in every single level, most without using powerups. Can't wait for part 4 to come out :)

If you liked Alalon Legends 2, you'll like this one. Same concept with a few new twists but the same solitaire city builder it was. Finished building around 180 levels so the rest is just getting stars and upgrades.

This is a nice one up/one down solitaire game. There is plenty to do with aiming to construct buildings to get more food/wood and gold. Also many boosters to buy to help complete your hand with 3 stars. Nice achievements, backgrounds are pretty but not distracting. I have music turned off so cannot comment on that but overall this is a 5 star card game of it's type.

I enjoyed AND relaxed with this game. Medievel/Fantasy theme with some really nice touches to make Solitair more interesting. Some nice chill music and overall just a fun game that can throw you into ZEN mode. Looking forward to part 4, hopefully a bit more balanced and more difficulties.

A solitaire game with 250 levels to solve. I did not find it particularly hard, but then when I was almost done with the game I figured out you can actually buy upgrades which made the game ridiculously easy. But Ignoring that (you can just not buy/use the upgrades if you don't care about the achievements and you will be just fine) it is a really nice solitaire game. Works without any issues on Linux with Proton (Proton 7.0-1).

it's just like avalon legends solitaire 2, except it hardly has any music, only some ambient noise, while the previous game had a relatively nice soundtrack, and this one features special cards that can be really annoying, especially when they make a level impossible to solve, only restarting helps. and even though I completed the final level (#250, the previous one had 300), the game didn't play the outro for some reason. long story short, avalon legends 2 was great, one of the best solitiares on steam, but this is a step backwards in every way, don't bother.
