VS TTS for Prototyping, this game is better, Its basically a somewhat slimmer TTS with some sensible QoL updates, especially for Wargaming and much better mod handling, yes no steam workshop sucks but the package system is far superior and much less of a headache, plus Mod.io is pretty painless to set up and use given it has Steam as a Federated sign in option. VS TTS For playing with People, TTS wins just because its been out for forever and has all the....Privateered....games you could wish for. I bought it for Prototyping mostly because I was annoyed at TTS's mod loading scheme and I'm happy with my purchase. Plus game is still getting support so there's more stuff to be added.

If youre looking to work on content for your friends and community, it's at most alright. Compared to table top simulator, which is the only reason you're looking at this. It's not worth the switch. It's a big money sink to get a group into this new game, and the tools and items simply aren't there to easily make content for them. If there was a way to easily convert TTS mods into this, I could recommend considering the jump. But for now its not worth it. Frankly I can't think of a single thing it did that felt substantially new. Besides maybe a slightly more robust editor for items.

From player perspective who wana quick editor sometime, and After playing TI4 here my view of TTPG after detailed study of controls interface and other. And plenty of time spend in Board game and TTS.. PROS -Better scripted game (there is "but") -Better Graphic - at first time when i open i think is worst over tts so no big change. -Better organized things, interface and layout so it looks neater and cleaner. -There is visual screen auto and button in Agenda, Strategy and is better than in tts. There is still no turn-visual reference for easy of play. Only you have some sort of game happening in chat. -Its harder to bild something in game like quick reference, you need exit from game.. and after that is just harder. but once you use to it can be good. Permissions in game is better what make TTPG beter in this segment. CONS -Zoom is bad, its just go there and back you can't stay there, you need constantly hold Space, and is hard to do anything and see card in details, if you press ALt to magnify card is just broken. Ther is no other Zoom like magnifying glass. SO this zoom is only good for quick see something. -Camera save -quick movement with shortkey do not exist (but you can save hahah)! wich make game hard to move, zoom and play, so you just need move and zoom manualy with mouse and keyboard. -CHAT is harder to follow and there is no customisation -TTS just have more option and setting and what i miss there i can't find here.. Well this still need some work, but have potencial. game also broken once, some thing stop working couple of time like mouse wheel. Becasue there is only Yes and No i will give this game No for now but grade is 6/10.. TTS is 8/10 +more game
