Bitcoin Trader is a pointless Russian clicker/time management/idler shovelware game that looks more like a mobile/Flash game than a real PC game. There's no gameplay, just clicking to make the numbers go up, repeating endlessly, punctuated by buying occasional upgrades to speed up the rate at which your numbers go up. This is really shallow even for an incrementer as it doesn't look like there's any autogeneration to help you click along. This really is garbage even compared to other number incrementers. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The game features somewhat lazy, simplistic 2D graphics, of the type you normally expect to see in low effort Flash/browser games and mobile apps. Considering this is being evaluated as a PC game, having the graphics phoned in like this isn't going to result in a high quality, visually impressive game that PC gamers are used to seeing. The controls can't be customised because the game has such a dumbed down, simplified interface that it's just point and click stuff like a browser/Flash game. The fact that the interface is this dumbed down might be seen as a problem in itself, however... this is a fairly shallow experience if you're the kind of gamer that likes to play games with deep, rich control schemes and interaction. You'll get none of that here. Some of the defects in the game can be attributed to the choice of using the Clickteam Fusion game engine/toolset - the "No-Code" construction kit that "Anyone can make games with!!". Including, you know, people who aren't game developers. Which is a problem. This is a very poor quality toolset sometimes used by amateur developers as it's free (so they don't have to pay for GameMaker Studio) and doesn't require advanced game development skills, but unfortunately has very limited capabilities (it's arguably worse than GameMaker Studio). Just as you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, you can't make a great video game if you use a terrible engine. The very poor quality of this game puts it squarely on-par with ancient 1990's Flash/Java games, and given it's 2023 (and this was released not so far back in 2018), gamers and the industry expect and deserve better than this kind of low effort shovelware. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 6 players. That's right, only 6. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is to be expected. Gamers just didn't take this low quality game seriously, and for good reason. Bitcoin Trader is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.

Absolute garbage with no redeeming features. You can't even just let it run to finish it because it inevitably crashes after like 30 minutes.

Easy clickergame but all achievements are working. You can edit the safe file for coins, multiplicators etc. (in saved games or users/appdata/MFProgramming or smthing like that)

Bitcoin trader? You dont really do much trading in this game, bitcoin clicker would of been a more appropriate name for such game. To start with you have to click away trying to earn some capital which you can then sell, once you have done this repetitive task for a few minutes you are then able to guy some mining equipment which will earn you the different crypto currencies (yes there is more then one but bitcoin is the bigger / blew up when this game was released so what better way to advertise it then adding bitcoin to the name). There are some pretty annoying bugs though, if you want to ruin the game / easily unlock all of the achievements you can just sell -999999999 of each currency for max money, buy everything you want and the game is over. I am pretty sure this bug will never get addressed as the last update for this game (at the time of review) was 3 days after release. This game really does not have much to offer though, other then the 190 achievements you really wont be getting anything else out of it other then 30 minutes of "fun"

Awful Had this game open in the background while playing other games and reached 42 hours and still hadn't come anywhere close to 1,000,000 credits for any of the currencies. Clicking is pointless because at max level each click only gives you 1k when buying new gpu's maxes at 999,999. Would be much better if we could purchase multiple gpu's at once (x5,x10,x100 sort of system) and max money per click was WAY higher.

Bitcoin Trader is a game that teaches you the basic concepts of cryptocurrencies. Even though the innards are just a clicker game that mines virtual coins for fun. To speed up the process and make more money there is a feature that increases your total clicks for a certain price which increases until it becomes maxed out. There are stocks you can exchange on the market as the prices fluctuate every time you refresh the page. There are a variety of GPU's on the market you can use to upgrade your mining rig! My recommendation is to leave this game running after you set up an auto clicker to exponentially improve the growth of possible clicks to become filthy rich! Overall the game at its core is just made for achievements to be unlocked. Without an auto clicker you can expect to spend many hours in this game which is a complete waste of time if your goal is to unlock every single achievement. Rate 5/10 (neutral) based on length and price. Considering the amount of content and game play you get from purchasing this fine piece art; I would avoid this game at all costs unless you are looking for another perfect game to add to your collection! There are far more better clicker games on the market that provide comedic value and entertainment.
