I've never had a game make me cry happy tears the way this one did.

Absolutely and utterly fantastic. All lesbians—particularly transfeminine ones—should read this. Will certainly be revisiting this in the future.

I played this game twice, once on my own and another time with a group of friends, all of whom saw something in it to relate to. This game is queer literature and I recommend it highly.

dense, confusing, and heady. the three leads are so rich in their ideology, history, and relationships, and the structure of the game makes those characters (and their relationships) the only thing that matters, which i really like. a replay has a lot of repeat text, but the insight you get into each character by playing from their perspective changes a lot, so it never felt like a drag for me. i'm confident i am going to keep coming back to this one for a while. if you think "dense, confusing, and heady" is a bad thing, it might not be for you. it's a lot, and there are a lot of places where the work asks you to engage with its ideas and metaphors on a level of vibes (and not try to "solve" it). but the depth isn't a trick of the light, it's real. and i really dig it.

its beautiful, you can write so much and give so many reasons why, but at the end of the day, its simply beautiful. Its art, its really special to me, in ways i didnt realise something could be so quickly

Existential lesbianism? I genuinely dont know how tf to put this nonsense into words, but it's really good regardless.

Has taken over my life just as quickly as We Know the Devil did. Highly recommended game for trans people and queer people generally that are into mecha. This is great whether you want more from the creators behind We Know The Devil, or if you want your fix of weird fucking with narrative literalism, transgender char, follow halimede on twitter, or just want to flirt with people in mechs.

I thought I was the most advanced pilot in the solar system. HOSAS, RCS 6-axis, coms at 256kbps in deep space, a latency of less than 7 parsecs. A hot shot. I was not. If these stories are true. Then perhaps I may never be able to accomplish whatever I thought was possible within my lifetime. Heart breaking. Devastating. A human in every pilot, a pilot in every human. Agency conditions isnt met, and the ML-agent went to psychosis when playing Terra-Luna. I must have done something wrong and had to play full manual for a while. I burnt so much resources. It is kinda sad. The music is the only thing that kept me going. My soul, perhaps less bare, what a treat

For a visual novel, it's not very visual, mainly it's text. But the mood is just right, and it's just as queer as I hoped it would be.

heaven will be mine is about my reconciling the unsatisfactory thematic elements of gundam about love and warfare and communication with others, relating and humanizing them, and the relationship to personhood and identity in a trans way that clicked for me
