Highly recommended game.
The physics on this game are on-point. Arrows fly straight and true like real arrows. The bounding or jumping feels absolutely perfect. I don’t get any nausea from the movement.
The graphics are great and complement the archery theme.
The game play is great fun. Very action oriented.People on voice coms have been very friendly

This has the potential to be the best bow game for VR. Unfortunately, wave defense feature is not available yet, so I only played the target shooting. The visuals and arrow options + shield and jumping locomotion is above and beyond all other bow games.
One thing that bothered me was the controler vibration when pulling back an arrow. It really needs to be more like how the archery game in the lab feels or elvin assassin. If thats fixed, the bow draw will be much more satisfying.
The wave defense game mode will be the one thing that makes or breaks this game.

- cant jump with valve index knuckles controllers
- 20 FPS on RTX 3070 and pimax 8kx
- very bad movement system - if you sit in a chair, you practically cannot move (you have to physically turn around)
why don't the developers do it like in subnautica - the head rotation is the direction where i'm going, but at the same time the right joystick rotates smoothly?

Fresh and unique B&A gameplay. The single player is great, and that is important with VR multi being so hit-or-miss. Bots fill in, and do a good job. There are leaderboards, many loadout options, and a very smooth, enjoyable movement system with no motion sickness at all for me.
The maps are excellent, and the player can move onto most surfaces to get a good position, or dodge enemies. Sound effects are minimal, which works well by not being distracting.
I've played almost all B&A VR games on steam, and this one ranks near the top.

Enjoying the flexibilty of movement within this game with the ability to shoot at your opponents while in midair. The detail of the maps is also an enjoyable factor. The player vs player or choice of team vs team is enjoyable. Looking forward to the implementation of the wave defense scenario.

I want to tell you about the single player. If you're ready to just run around and blast things and act like an ape and shoot skeletons in the head and jump behind them and shoot them in the back in a simple yet immersive wave defense environment, then the single player is for you and this is worth every penny. I hear the rest of the game is pretty fun too lol

This is one of the worst VR archery games I have ever played. There is no proper single player mode. The gameplay is instead deathmatch multiplayer focused with either bots or live players. The movement system is one of the worst, if not the worst I have ever encountered with a strange teleportation where you jump incredibly high in the air, which caused me a great deal of nausea, especially when combined with instances where you often move forward quickly using auto-locomotion in the direction you are facing. This game also does not work with the Index controllers, but works ok with the Vive controllers. Another issue I experienced was constant frame rate drops even when setting everything on low and disabling ambient occlusion. Another issue is that there is no way to see the multiplayer scores during a match because these scores move with the headset when turning your head. This is clearly another abandoned early access game and I do not recommend it at all.

Another title here that was very ambitious, but couldn't really pull it off. Great concept, but needs polish. I run with a RTX 3090 and still get stuttering and frame drops. So there is some optimization needed. There is no player base, so I would skip this one.
