No clue why they decided to remove this (and may other Cartoon Network games) off of steam, it's kinda stupid and I will complain about it.
The game itself is actually pretty good, with the rpg elements working very well and the overworlds fun to navigate, save for some jank. The only real complaint is the aforementioned jank, it didn't really cause anything too gamebreaking but this game can get quite broken at time, especially if you're looking for it, but it also happens naturally decently often.
I'd say to give it a try if you can find a way to play it, legitimate or otherwise
