Its so disappointingly unfinished that I can't articulate into words how unfinished it really is. However, is it fun? Yes. Its... shockingly fun. Its insultingly fun. Its unabashedly honest, stupid, quality fun.
Is it a full, complete, and fulfilling game? No, but to be fair 2.45 is well worth what fun I've had with it.

I didn't play much but this was insta-buy from me and what i expected from the trailer and reading the game desc was real, it is pretty much a sandbox /freeroam make your own story crazy wasteland game where you can die brutally in many ways and change bodyparts and customize them and weapons too, it's amazing I hope to play more soon ;) I didn't join any faction yet but the combat feels so satisfying especially when you or the enemy loses a bodypart

I'm excited for more updates to improve the game. The concept seems really cool. Edit: Two years have passed and the only thing that has changed was the price tag...drastically.Was gonna re-buy it if more work was done (yknow bug fixes and what not) but the devs don't seem to care at all. Talk about a real shame. The concept is still really cool don't get me wrong, but I don't think there's hope for this trash or even the dev team.Hate it when stuff like this happens, really do.

"Beautiful mess of a game."
-First impression review. Full review to follow.
Anyone who has enjoyed Fallout, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., or METRO, will find something to enjoy about this game.
I've only begun to scratch the surface of this game and I'm loving it. Sure, it needs a lot of polish, but I found it well worth the $15.00 price point while it is in it's current state.

Great game but I'm pretty sure the developers abandoned it which is sad since it's genuinely a unique and fun game/concept.
Any life from the developers will change this review (most likely to positive).

i like this game it is very unique. it has a very in depth weapon customisation like "way of the samurai" i wish all games did this. it gives you many options and possibility. you really dont find games like these they are gems!!!!!!!!! i love the rpg S.T.A.L.K.E.R. style. i love the gore, physics and effects. i like the atmosphere of the world when you do get to see it. i like the layout its like old fallout and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mix. its very cool and unique how your half cyborg and if your real body parts gets damage or blown off you can replace them in mid battle. it could be a diamond!!!!!!!!!
1. i wish it was more open world i get you are trying to be like old school fallout but it doesnt work for this game maybe keep it as a fast travel feature
2. i wish you could customize your body barts like add blades, chainsaw, grappling hook or guns, flamethrower, grenade launcher, arrows
3. maybe add mods or implants that give you abilities
4. if more open world add more traps like trip wire.
5. more factions and towns more random locations

This is a good game on the verge of being a great game. I see alot of potential here and the devs seem very responsive to feedback from players to keep improving it.
Praise:

Large, open apocalyptic world to explore

Survival: need to sleep, eat, drink, and manage environmental hazards like radiation

Lots of weapon mods

Character customization with armor, gear and clothing
Gripes:

English translation is a bit rough. Some careful reading is required to understand the story

Early stages of the game are really hard because you lack good gear and skills

NPCs needs to be tweaked. They never miss when shooting and are bullet sponges. It takes alot of rounds to kill them.

Can't always access inventory due to the game design
I know the devs are planning to address the issues I've listed above in upcoming patches. I totally recommend this game if you liked the Stalker, Fallout, or Gothic series.

Yes it's Beta but...
NPC's just stand there, 95% of them are literally just furniture (no dialog). they don't turn to face you, they barely move at all.
Unless of course you manage to injure just one of them even by accident (normally though steping on a mine), then the whole settlement becomes hostel and they all run round trying to kill you, and yes, sometimes there are random mines right near NPC's.
i've seen raiders in a town (trying to kill me) using the settlements NPCs as cover!!
I've also seen enemie AI break down so they just stand there or run back and forth a bit (they don't shoot you) you can walk right up to them and shoot them at point blank in the head 3 or 4 times, yes it take's quite a few head shoot to take down an enemy (even when they have no head armour!)
on a plus side it's easy to spot dead enemies weapons sometime (they drop them on death so they won't be in there inventory with all there other stuff) seen dead enemies weapons floating or standing on end a few times.
Look out for invisible walls, not too anoying most of the time, really annoying when in combat.
Look on for bad colision boxs on models (got stuck behind a brass lantern even though it was about 8" high ingame).
and finally enemies seem to use the same type of ammo as you (switch to incendiary ammo, the enemie switchs to it, switch back to normal ammo the enemie switchs back too).
Game is playable, but basiclly it needs a lot more work before it becomes fun/enjoyable, basically when i don't have to save scum because i'm expecting something stupid to happen evey 5 minutes
iMaybe i'll check it out again in another year or so...
