Rarely a title has a worthy successor. Even more rarely, the successor manages to keep everything that made the original good, improves on it and then some. This is one of these cases.
The new map design, mechanic and ability to access any region in the world makes this worthwhile in the long run.

nice game, and theres an a kind of bugs that reseted my screen resolutions from lowest to native that crashed my windows (im using low-end laptop) so, yea the gameplay? Its perfect for my opinion (even mine audio stuttering with gpu/cpu 100% usages). Well anyway i recommend this game, don't care about the small ads while at open and quit menu. Trust me.

112 operator is a direct upgrade to the previous game,it can be challenging, can really make you think and manage units with precision ,also preparing their gear and vehicles and you will meet a whole bunch of them, not talking about the modded variants that can also include the custom calls even with voicelines. little perspective of situation gives some sort of additional immersion, you dont see actual situations but you can analyse the little area and just imagine what kind of situation your units are dealing with. the new major fire system is great,it can occur on the wildlands or in urban areas if you are not fast enough yet the only downside is that technical units cant participate in major wildland fire,it wouldve been cool for them to actually make containment for fire, because all firefighting units will need to refill lots of times. game is not having much of struggle with ai path, sometimes they just forget what you send them on, firefighter unit can drain the tank, refill it and just straight up start to rtb without order. overall its really great, the hard settings really require you to manage calls by strategizing, you dont have time and resources, sometimes you need to send nearest police unit to give first aid because ems are too far away, thats why its so interesting to play, actual brainstorm

thought it would be the same as 911, it wasn't. It was better at some things, but worse at others (UX and UI wise). Overall, 7/10

Reviewing (mostly) every game (or DLC) in my library, part 289:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆☆☆☆ (5/10)
112 Operator had a lot of potential on paper. I was drawn in by the concept of managing emergency services in a real-world setting, making tough calls under pressure, and juggling life-or-death decisions. Unfortunately, while the idea is great, the actual experience fell flat for me. After several hours, it felt more like a monotonous clicking simulator than a meaningful management game. Maybe it clicks for players who enjoy micromanagement and can stomach the repetition—but after 5 hours, I personally found it more boring than anything else.
🚨Pros:

The real-world mapping system is genuinely immersive at first The ability to select real cities and neighborhoods gives the game a unique appeal, especially when you recognize local roads or districts. Seeing emergency units respond on a map of your hometown adds a personal touch and helps sell the fantasy, at least early on.

Occasional well-written calls can break through the monotony Some 911 calls are surprisingly well-acted and emotionally intense. Whether it’s a domestic violence situation or a distressed caller in a genuine panic, these moments offer brief glimpses of what the game could be at its best—moral complexity, quick thinking, and human drama.

The in-game call database and unit information are a nice educational touch. The game tries to add realism through detailed vehicle/unit stats and descriptions of emergency scenarios. For players interested in how real dispatching works, this can be mildly interesting, even if it doesn’t significantly affect gameplay.

📞Cons:

The gameplay loop becomes repetitive far too quickly. After the first hour or two, the gameplay settles into a dull routine: wait for a call, drag a unit to the icon, repeat. There's little variance in how you handle emergencies, and most of the strategy boils down to map micromanagement rather than any real decision-making. Even with escalating difficulty, it still feels like busywork.

The variety of calls doesn't evolve or surprise over time. While some calls are intense or interesting, the majority are short, underdeveloped, or even unintentionally silly. The lack of escalation or narrative progression makes it feel like a shallow sandbox.

There’s minimal room for creative problem-solving or actual strategy. Despite being framed as a simulation, the choices you make are rarely meaningful. Most calls have a clearly “correct” response, and any mistake is more likely due to map layout or unit delay than your own reasoning. Resource management is basic, and there’s little incentive to experiment or adapt.

Pacing is painfully slow, especially between calls. There are long stretches of time where nothing happens. You just watch the screen and wait. Even during “intense” moments, the real-time pacing feels sluggish, and fast-forwarding doesn’t solve the issue when your units are already on the move.

112 Operator is a great management game that really puts the pressure on you while playing.
You play as a 112 Dispatcher and your duty is to handle situations around the city, what I love the most about the game is how much customization there is (customizing loadouts) and how you are able to play in the European City of your choice (I personally played in İstanbul and it was quite accurate).
Definitely worth buying.

Pros:
This game is exactly what is advertised. It allows you to control first responder units to respond to emergencies and answer calls for 112(911).
The game uses maps so you can play in your own city (which is honestly really cool. I got to set up my base at my house)
Cons:
ads. The ads aren't as bad as some of the reviewers tend to make them seem but I still shouldn't get any ads on a game I already paid for.
Repetitive, gets boring after a few hours because its essentially the same thing over and over.
Is it worth the money?
This game is not worth $25. It also feels off that you have to buy the game and then it proceeds to give you ads anyways. However, it goes on sale often as I have seen (I also bought it on sale) and I would say it's worth buying if the price is under 5 dollars.
I give this game 5.5/10 stars because it is unique and a great concept, as well as fully delivering on that concept with the gameplay, but it is far from perfect because it gets old after a few hours due to being so repetitive.

Forced full screen in-game ads whenever you open or close the game, not really acceptable for a paid for product in my opinion
