Joy Climb is a simple Flash-like platformer/physics action game where you have two controls, swinging side to side and using a Spider-Man like chameleons tongue to grapple/swing. The objective is to simply climb up each platformer level, that's all there is to this simple, shallow Russian shovelware. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features somewhat lazy, simplistic 2D graphics, of the type you normally expect to see in low effort Flash/browser games and mobile apps. Considering this is being evaluated as a PC game, having the graphics phoned in like this isn't going to result in a high quality, visually impressive game that PC gamers are used to seeing. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. The very poor quality of this game puts it squarely on-par with ancient 1990's Flash/Java games, and given it's 2023 (and this was released not so far back in 2018), gamers and the industry expect and deserve better than this kind of low effort shovelware. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. Joy Climb didn't appeal much to the people who own a copy of the game, either. It has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game didn't really capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for climbing 25 percent the way through the first level, but only around 34 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. Hardly a success story, gamers just weren't all that interested in the game. This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in Russian, appear at almost exactly the same time, immediately after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. Joy Climb is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.

This fun little game is a great to play when you are bored and is really fun and challenging. Altough this game is very small, I stilol thought it was pretty decent and is very fun to play when there is nothing else to do.

The map is insanely punishing. One mistake and 90% of the time you will be back at 0%. However, if you alt f4 (or maybe just go back to the meny, not sure about that one) right before falling, and going back in game will usually put you before the fall so you will keep your progress. There is one achievement where you need to get wr to get..... For more getting over it like, follow my curator https://store.steampowered.com/curator/39271916-Getting-over-it-like/
