"all-in-one" my ass. 20 years ago we got Nero Video included. Now Steam doesn't even offer that as an additional purchase. Do I really want to spend another $56 to grab the unsupported version from the Nero website? Just trying to make things easier for some senior citizens who want to gather around a TV w/ DVD player to view family videos.

Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus was the fifth Roman emperor and final emperor of the Julio-Claudian dynasty, reigning from AD 54 until his death in AD 68.
Suetonius tells that many Romans believed that the Great Fire of Rome was instigated by Nero to clear land for his planned "Golden House". Tacitus claims that Nero seized Christians as scapegoats for the fire and had them burned alive, seemingly motivated not by public justice but by personal cruelty.
What a clever way to name the disk burning program.

Outdated with bugs . The biggest problem you make a Blu ray but you cannot play it back to verify it works so useless unless your making images or basic authoring functions

As of today 5-25-2024 the Steam version of NERO is 24.5.1.2
My only request is for NERO AG to bring this wonderful application up to date with the latest updates for 2024. I hope they bring more of their software to Steam.

The product is not maintained like the other software on Steam. It's an old version, about 3 major versions behind the one offered on their website. Bug fixes are not applied even if they are available.
