It's not just a normal running game like the others that you can just run.
This game can give you a different experience, the design of fat acctually make the game have an extra interest.

While by no means perfect, this game at least adds some new mechanics to the obscure anime runner genre. I think it's enjoyable and well worth the $1.99 price tag

This is not a great game. It does however take the "montaro" formula and give it some interesting twists. The idea of the game is to run as far as you can while losing weight. If you hit 0, you get tired. If you max out too much, you get stuffed. Either way results in a loss.
This is why the game is different. Most titles like this you just run, collect, and avoid obstacles. There are four characters you can unlock, but it will take you a while due to slow coin progression.
Pros
+Interesting mechanic twist on this type of title
+Cute characters
Cons
-Unclear gameplay with minimal explanation
-Jumping on top of an obstacle will hold you in place. You have to jump again to get off.
-Slow coin progression
-Fixed Resolution
-No powerups to spice up gameplay
So all in all it's an okay title but nothing super groundbreaking. It's got some issues, but I imagine they could be fixed with tweaking. I can't say I whole heartedly recommend this title but I will go ahead and give it a on the fence yes, because the game runs well enough. There are issues to work on, but it's not expensive.
If you need another montaro runner, keep an eye on this title in discussions and news and see if things get patched out, and than pick it up sometime.
