Somehow, Snowland has turned into a blurry mess. Mostly on the track/chain lift and in the distance. Performance is also terrible now with so much stuttering I can barely tolerate it. The other coasters seem okay. There's a 'realistic' category now and although they're enjoyable, they're not as exciting as the fantasy coasters. Still, this is arguably the best coaster VR experience you'll find. *Original Review: This is one of the better (if not the best,) made roller coaster VR games available. It's the only one I keep going back to. Graphics are nice and clear. There's a decent amount of things to see and the rides are exhilarating. Realistic physics aren't that important when the coasters are FUN.

Constantly broken. Loads into a micecraft level pixel room and does nothing. Have to fight every time to get it to work,

So much potential for this but it all ends up very boring and disappointing. Sound and graphics are VERY generic. In fact, it looks like the developer put filters on the sample screenshots that are on the store page to make it look more ambient than it actually is. Every level is very boring, plain and looks like was made with little to no experience at all. All the "rides" pretty much end the same way, with your cart falling off the track which shows a major lack of originality.

Didn't have any issues other than that it was mobile quality. Really not worth the effort to even download. Rating it down though because of the DLC offered. It's all more of the same. Mobile quality coasters, and you'll eventually notice the dev likes to kill you at the end of the ride in various ways... Drowning, roasting, eaten, etc. Better than some of the other coasters on Steam, but it's about time we have higher expectations. 2~3 years ago, this was acceptable, but not anymore.

There are some amazing rides in these DLCs, and it's hard to pick a fave. Plus the ability to race & take on arcade shooting to the tracks to change it up is a nice touch.

This game used to be great right in the beginning, then they brought out an update that made all the creatures (e.g. dinos in the T-Rex park, zombies in the derelict city) disappear. Now they're back, but suddenly the performance is rubbish - very choppy, and blurry at times. Weirdly, when you turn the graphics up, it actually gets a bit better, but not much. Another issue is that you can't open it from the Steam Summer Pavilion anymore - it redirects to the Microsoft house (which is rubbish) and then tries to open the game twice. Very sad about this game. It could have been great, but it's as if they just can't get the recipe right.

This game is great. Well worth playing for all the DLC. Great fun. Runs very smooth and lots of support from the devs.

awesome vr game, i did really enjoy going through all the coasters for the first time and i really hope they continue to add new stuff because this is a really fun game if your bored and want something fun to do and probably your go to game if you want to ride a roller coaster without having to pay the insane prices fairs and amusement parks charge for 2 minutes of thrill which lets be honest isn't worth it, so consider picking this game up and this is IMPORTANT, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME WITHOUT A TON OF THE DLC, IF YOU PLAY IT WITHOUT THE DLC YOU WILL HAVE BARELY ANY COASTERS TO PLAY

I really enjoy this game. I occasionally play the "competition" modes, but mostly I just like riding. I'm a coaster fan, and fortunately I'm not subject to motion sickness, so I don't need to enable any of the options to help reduce that. That probably has a lot to do with my impression of the game. Also, I especially like that the coasters don't strictly consist of just rails and static scenery ... they all include some level of animation, and many are like full-blown theme-park rides. (I'd like to see more of those.) I see that many of the comments reflect the "Free to Play" aspect of the game, citing that you get only one coaster with the free game. I assume that's still true ... (it's been a long time since I downloaded the game and I can't recall what came with it). However, from my perspective, the DLC coasters that are available (and there are a lot of them) are all relatively inexpensive, especially if you buy them in the bundle. As of this writing, I have every coaster that's available ... and although I have my favorites, I think they're all fun to ride. (Ok, yeah ... there are two or three coasters that I personally am not too fond of, but I do enjoy the vast majority of them.) At least for me, the total cost of the DLC has been minimal, and well worth those purchases. Is this something you're going to play every day? Probably not. But I do enjoy it often, and it's also a favorite of my non-VR-owning friends who come to visit on a regular basis.
