This is a unique turn based management strategy game filled with meaningful decisions. It is a compelling challenge to not mismanage your space program and lose the race to Mars. If you love the idea of trying to win the space race you absolutely have to give Mars Horizon a try.

This game is great. Whenever you made a mission before anyone else you had tension to beat everyone and be the one at the top I loved that aspect of the game.

I bought this after seeing the trailer for the second and this was only $5. It's alright. Very little true choice, you're essentially on rails the whole time and it's really just achieving objectives we actually did, albeit maybe a difference space agency is achieving them than the historical one. I see a lot of missed potential here, but I also see a completed game that did keep my interest for an evening. I am glad this sold enough for a sequel, because it does look a lot more promising and I think the underlying design here is good. This is worth it at $5, and definitely worth it if you like space.

First of all I love this game!! on hard or medium it is amazing!! Today I tried Very Hard and that is the place everything is falling apart. I was first in first 3 milestones!! - (starting with + 1 mission control + (I did like 90% of all mission on perfect soo +50% bonus) there is no way AI could have more science than me !! I was trying to win the race to get 1. humans in space!! And boom out of the blue USA is sending (medium launch pad) stelite I was like WTF I dont even have reaserch for it. And after I was finaly able to reasech medium lauch pad, almost medium rockets and almost training centere (just starting to build the payload for humans soo i was 6moths+ from launch) bang USA is sending humans to space in 2 moths !! Like WTF !!! lets put aside the science (btw totaly imposibe (USA even had to reasech satelite imagery + humans in space)) They would not have even money for it (small louch pad 300k, Training 300k, Payload 400k, Rocket 400k + all the costs from satelite imagey) In this early game there is no lucravive deals soo noo way they cloud get more than a 2mil. in 1/2 years - ok mb without any side missons but than where the fuck they got the 4k+ science for (Humans in space. Satelite imagery, Medium launch pad, Training F., and much more) Do not let me start on the build time of Medium launch pad and other thing!!! Just FUCK IT (I want to feel like it is my fault when I am loosing! I dont want to lose when I am almost perfect in every misson and 1. in all of the first once!) PS: Game is good on MEDIUM/Hard however it was too easy for me! ON Very Hard it is just pure cheating. There was nothing nothing I could have done to win!
