It's a Yes with a very big BUT.
As many others have reported already, the English translation is terrible. So I can only recommend it if:
-You are not a native English speaker and/or are very tolerant about broken English.
-You understand spoken Japanese. This way, you can just listen to the very good voice acting and only have to read the descriptions and the MC's lines.
Bonus point for the comical duo Hibiki & Kaho!
They're a very funny and dynamic pair and Kaho's voice actress is just perfect in her role.
