Loads up, I get excited and then it crashes and won't play. Wish I had read the reviews more carefully. Other reviewers give instructions about going to some third party website and downloading a patch. But I'll pass on installing free code from an unknown source on my computer. Honestly, Steam shouldn't sell things that don't work out of the box.

I used to play this game soo much back in the day when it was fairly new, it still has crashing issues just like day 1 but even more with windows 11, but nothing that can be too annoying, still as fun as back then, yet another game that aged like fine wine and stood the test of time.

Awesome little game and gameplay that can be played on old computers without graphic cards. I also like other games that don't require graphic cards too such as vice city, midtown madness, rise of nation, etc.

Really great!!! Recommended for fans of the Civ series. Has a similar feel - very addictive and very fun.
However, I think the average person would enjoy this. Playing with AI and watching everone's railroad grow and create a web is incredible!
As for other reviewers talking about the crashing - There's a guy under the guides for this game that has a simple patch for this game - all you have to do is change two digits of the code. It's super easy, works great, and you don't have to use some random person's code online.
