The extra move (Spirit Punch Rush) is one of the coolest moves in the history of Fire Pro...and when you couple that with the fact that this is for charity for a wrestler who was a lot of fun to watch, it's a no brainer...get this.

I'm glad they released this DLC. I love the content, and the thought behind the DLC (sending all Spike Chunsoft revenue from this DLC to now paralyzed Pro-Wrestler Yoshihiro Takayama's foundation).

This is great, I don't know the wrestler but I supported due to my appreciation for the series and that the money was going towards a great cause, also the spirit punch rush can be used with Sammy Zayn and Kevin Owens as they have a similar thing they do as well.

Ganbare, Takayama-san, I played as you, Takayama-san in the first match, I finished the match using your Finisher, Everest German Suplex Hold not just a finish, it's CRITICAL! I felt that this could happen to the paralysis and you will come back for real

Class act move by Spike to set up this charity DLC! Instantly purchased it as soon as it was posted.
Anyone wishing to donate further to Takayama, you can do so here:

There is no reason to give a negative review for this DLC really. Having Takayama (or any licenced wrestler) in the game is very good by itself and the moves added to the game are very good and allow for better CAWs in the future. Just considering the content by itself I'd still give a positive review to it.
But frankly that's irrelavent; the most important thing is that the money from this is going to help Takayama and that is something that we can hopefully all get around. This is a very classy move by Spike Chunsoft and honestly the sort of thing that needs to happen more in the gaming industry as a whole. I hope that this sells by the bucketload and that Takayama gets the help that he needs.

This is a simple little piece of DLC that adds a new move to the game, as well as an official version of Japanese pro-wrestler Yoshihiro Takayama. The new move, the "Spirit Punch Rush," is a well animated recreation of the infamous exchange of blows from Takayama's match with Don Frye in the PRIDE Fighting Championships.
The price may seem a bit much for what you get, but it's ultimately a means of plunking down 3 dollars to help donate to Takayama's medical/rehabilitation fund, TAKAYAMANIA; with a little bonus move and character as a fringe benefit.

Even if you have no interest in playing with Takayama (why wouldn't you?), it's supporting a great cause for a legendary wrestler. I'd buy every piece of DLC in every game I own if they were going to a great cause such as TAKAYAMANIA.
Also, and I have no evidence to substantiate this, but Minoru Suzuki may come to your house and twist you into a knot if you don't buy this DLC.

This DLC provides Fire Pro players with the best of both worlds. On one hand, you get a balanced, well designed wrestler/MMA fighter and a new move that adds substance to the game. More importantly, Fire Pro players get an opportunity to help a legendary wrestler in his time of need. DLC like this should remind Fire Pro World owners that we are more than a collection of wrestling fans. We are a community. And a community supports its own.

The money is going to a good cause in supporting an absolute legend AND I get the famous Frye vs. Takayama punch spot as a move?
